I almost didn't go in last night but went in anyway really late and I'm glad I did. I made a decent amount even though it was pretty slow. Plus I got a nice reminder to not judge any customers by how they look lol this grundgy looking older asian man with a neck tattoo told me he wanted dances when I got off stage. I couldnt find him and forgot about it until later in the night when I wasn't busy and saw him again. He ended up being so sweet and kept getting dances until we closed. Hopefully he comes back he would be an easy regular to have.

I was dressed and ready to go home, in a green hoodie, black jeans and old combat boots. I was at the bar trading out my ones, when an older regular offered to buy this younger guy a $20 dance from me, in my hoodie and jeans we all agreed, so I went back there and was as sexy as I could be in my going-home clothes. We were both cracking up and it was pretty fun ☺️.

Went to a dive club I used to work at ages ago. It's close to where I'm staying so I might make it my home club. There's plenty of money in there thou so I'll ignore the lack of doors in the bathroom stalls and the minuscule dressing room. My friend and I were chilling in our civvies waiting to speak with a manager when a customer came and grabbed me to do dances. I declined since I hadn't been rehired yet. After we got hired i saw him and we did a couple. Good lord, was he ever grabby! After that, I ended up sitting with a Christian couple that was trying to convert me. All while I'm sitting on the husbands lap and they're tipping me $20s and buying me drinks. Once they leave I go hangout with a nice looking fella . We get a couple dances and then go together to the bar to get drinks. I'm wasted wasted wasted by this time (like a dumbass I went and had Ketel One for lunch and dinner). Seriously so mad at myself. Anyways, we make our way to the bar where I promptly fell off my chair in front of everyone. Now I have a nasty deep scratch on my back and a bump on my head. The manager and my friend cleaned my cut and bandaged me up. I'm going in tonight and am so embarrassed. Well, at least I didn't go home empty handed. Made a little over $300 in my drunken ass state.

My friend came in to try my club tonight so I was super excited to have a friend with me there! Anyway, the guy from the other night who spent a bunch of money on me was there again and we talked. I apologized for kinda walking out the other night (was drunk and my fiancée was waiting outside to pick me up and I felt bad making him wait!) anyway, he didn't get dances with me and told me he was at he club the past few nights. My friend (different one) had told me earlier she had a guy who promised he was coming back for her. I put two and two together and walked away. She spoke to him longer throughout the night and i noticed she sat with him for ages. So she did deserve his money and she's my friend, so I'm happy for her but can't help but feel a little sour. But it is what it is. I danced for a really cute couple in VIP and then did some lap dances in between so my time wasn't wasted.

When my friend who was coming in got there and got hired, we noticed two guys by the bar and I sensed they were going to spend something so we went over. I hustled and got my guy to agree to a VIP and then he convinced his friend to come along with mine they got a half hour total. My friends guy seemed awesome but was a lot more shy and they just talked the whole time haha. Mine was kinda rude honestly and kept talking about how I would make more money if I escorted, but other than that generally respected my comfort zones as far as touching and he did tip me! So that was something. But yeah, weird night and I was on my feet most of the time so my legs hurt today. Gah.

My last shift was on the 28th. I've been in a slump for about a month--just absolute shit money generally--and I finally had a good shift. Walked with $580. I'm just relieved to find I'm still capable of making money.

Happy New Years ladies!!! It's been a rough last half of the year so I'm very grateful to have welcomed 2016 with $$$. Did a day shift at my new dive club. Drank way too much (per usual). Had a delightful time with the managers best friend. Usually I stay away from 'friends' of the managers or DJ but he was actually amazing. Which makes sense because the day manager is actually pretty awesome. We had drinks , he tipped me about $50 on my first stage set and was a complete gentleman. Then he bet me that if I could throw a paper plane further than him he'd give me $200. I tried my little ass off but it was an epic fail lol. We all had a blast and he gave me the $200 anyways. Then his friend took my BFF for dances and was gonna take me after but I was dancing for someone else and he had to leave so missed out on those. I didn't do too much in the way of dances nor did I do a VIP but for a day shift in a not packed club I made about $400 and I was quite happy with that. If only every shift was like that.

Wow I am so glad I worked tonight I was expecting a depressing slow shift but it was BUSY! Not too many girls and lots of customers. Really happy I worked and started this new year off the right way. Plus money and no hangover definitely beats no money and a shitty hangover lol. Happy happy.

A dude grabbed my ass at work and when I called him out on it called me racist because he was black. Ummmm no, I called him out on it because it's rude to grab strangers...

That pretty much sums up my night. Ugh.

Very slow shift - grateful I did as well as I did. Weird that I can still do that well on such slow nights. I was expecting it to be slow after the holiday push and at the beginning of tax season. And because it was a weekday. So no biggie.

When it gets slow and I talk to customers more than usual, I have a habit of letting my real personality slide into my work persona, which isn't healthy. I'm making note of that - room for improvement. I was getting increasingly snarky as the night went on. That's not okay for me! That kind of stuff leads slowly to burnout.

My friend and I were sitting in an empty club on a Friday at 1am. The club closed at 2. So we tried the club up the road and immediately made money, fingers crossed I can work at both clubs because I like them both for different reasons...also completely drunkenly filled out the paperwork yikes.

A female client asked me to go for dances. That hasn't happened in ages since women rarely come to my club. It was a strange shift over all. First it was slow, then busy, slow then busy again. I did well though so I'm happy.

Sloooooow. I worked for every dance I sold. Ended up doing better than I predicted after the first couple of hours of making nothing on stage (extremely rare) and only selling a few dances. The people in the club just weren't tipping or buying dances. I hustled my little buns off. Whew! Ready for a break. I shan't talk to a single person for the next four days.

^ lol I started keeping track of each shift in detail on a spreadsheet and I guess it's turned into my own personal 'my last shift' thread

But now that I think about it.. towards the end of the night Saturday the manager told me to go to one of the sky boxes where there was a party going on and I'm giving dances to one guy and I see the girl next to me put a condom on a guy's dick with her mouth and then have sex with him. I was like wtf.. the guy made eye contact with me and didn't even look into it at all. Like he was probably fine with regular lap dances lol. So disgusting! The guys I danced for were super respectful though and the guy paying for everything kept making it rain the whole time so other than the fucking I witnessed it was a decent time lol.

Yeah I was shocked like is this really happening right now..? But it was a big party and everybody else was just dancing which is why I thought it was a little ridiculous this girl felt the need to do that. The guy didn't look like he even wanted it lol could she not just keep her damn panties on?

Yesterday was my first shift in 2 weeks. I was out of town during the week of New Years, and last week I just didn't want to go in. It might just be burnout from a crappyish month in December, or I'm finally ready to start thinking about hanging up those heels! Lol it's getting to the point where I have to drag myself to go to the club. But, I finally got a regular job that pays enough to where I don't really need to dance anymore. It's not super high paying or anything, but I never worked enough to make 100k (let alone 50k) on dancing alone. It's always been a way to have supplemental income, and I've learned that I prefer it that way.

Anyway, I worked a mid-shift. It was pretty slow, but there weren't many girls either. The good thing was that guys that were there were spending, so I still did okay. It was a good way to get back into the swing of things, and while I was there, my feelings of "ugh, I don't want to do this anymore!" just went away. I just didn't think about it, really!

^ Ours was exactly the same. I went in at 5 because I was done with class and didn't wanna wait around until 9 for the night crowd. Ended up making over my minimum goal and leaving by 10:30.

It was really dead but I only had to dance for 4 guys to make goal, and went 3 for 4 on getting them in VIP (and the 4th was my regular who didn't have enough money to do it... he literally always goes though so I forgave it, haha). Very pleased with my sales skills

I think one of the old cocksuckers (literally, she looks like a 50 year old chain smoker and DOES suck dick) who is also a thief, heard me when I was in the DJ booth saying "If she can't close that sale within 10 minutes she needs to move on, not stalk the customers around". Whatever. Don't literally follow around a customer for 45 minutes, when there's nobody else here. It's rude to other girls. It may ruin the customer's night, if he wants another girl and is too nice to tell you to fuck off. Get some sales skills and some urgency and sell a damn dance or get up.

I've been treating this like a full-time job for 2016, instead of a part-time pay-the-bills gig. I have a 4 day work week, and a minimum goal for each shift that guarantees me X amount of $$ every week. That helps stave off burnout since bad money is what seems to do it for me. I'm a Stripper Machine, and I haven't got any patience for other girls nonsense right now. Anyone that gets between me and money in there is gonna have a bad time

My last shift was my first shift at spearmint rhino. It started off as most first days do.Paperwork, tour and rules you know the drill. It was the 2:30 AM shift this morning. I ended up only making $36 if you consider the fact that I had to pay a housefee.I don't count anything until that is paid. This guy paid me $100 to give a man and his wife a dance that was cool. I kept getting the "You are hot but I'm broke." or" I only came for my friend ." etc.It was horrible. Let's see what tonight has in store .

Got a VIP with the first guy I was talking to. The club was going some kind of amateur contest to win Plastic surgery (would never trust "free" surgery lol!) and had roped me into doing it because nobody else wanted to. I hustled hard for that VIP to avoid doing this hahah. Anyway, when I got back out I went on stage and asked the DJ to play me Bowie, and tipped him. He didn't. I got mad because there were no other good customers and the guy I had danced for before had hit the withdrawal limit on his card (grrrr!) so I left and went to club #2 and did my Bowie set (yay!) and got tipped on stage but that was about it...blah.

I'm hitting my 'graceful' burnout crash. I made NOTHING last week. Last Wednesday I stayed sober, talked to everyone, I only got 2 dances. Thursday I drank moderately and made negative money. Only positive to that night is that there were 8 dancers and only 21 dances were done the whole night. Friday I got plastered and ended up slapping a couple of customers in the face (One bit my nipple during a dance, the other tripped me in the bar). My BF came in to try and cheer me up, but it didn't work. I got sent home. I called out on Saturday and went to the movies instead.

This week I'm 'making' money. but it is so painfully dead that doing 8 dances actually makes you a top earner... Last night I talked to my manager about cutting my days in half. So now I'll be doing 4 days, every other week. Today is my birthday, so I'm taking the night off and going back in on Saturday. I'm praying to the stripper gods for a miracle...

Holy fucking deadness. I'd never actually seen girls crying in the dressing room before last night. I hustled and somehow walked with a $100/hour average, which is...crazy. Many of my coworkers had $2 before tipout. I had no regulars to rescue me. Just hustled my ass off from the second I hit the floor. We had so few customers that I only made around $10 total from stage the entire night.

ETA: I wanted to mention that I cleanly LOST a sale last night. I'd actually made the sale - we were chatting, getting ready to go back for dances. And then he was like, you know what, actually, I'm going to pass on this tonight. At first he gave me some line about how he didn't want to go home smelling like my perfume (he was married), but then he confessed that that wasn't why he didn't want the dance. I had been talking him to him about his work - it felt like we were really connecting on that level - but I steered the conversation too far in that direction. He was there to decompress / escape from work, and there I was, rattling on about some article I'd read related to his job.

I let my ego get in the way of keeping things light and sexy. It turned out to be a 'good thing' that I lost that sale since I found someone who wanted to spend far more money on me. But still, that was a bit of a wakeup call! I am not perfect...that is for sure. Slow nights reveal areas of improvement for me.
