I got hired at a mid-tier club in Vegas. I plan on working here for a few months before trying a better club. Did you work at one club to get in the flow of things before switching to a bigger/nicer/busier club? If you did, how long did you wait?

When it stopped being worth my while.
Remember that nicer/bigger and even busier clubs don't necessarily mean more money. It depends on your style. I left my first club because after reading stripperweb long enough I realized what a ripoff it was for the dancers. Second club was much busier, a lot of girls made bank there but it was too divey for me. Love my current club but am leaving for a new vanilla job.
+1. I worked at my first club for a few months before moving on to somewhere closer and nicer. I was a bit paranoid about running into someone I knew because of that, but I was very happy to have made the switch because earning potential was higher and I wasted less time getting to and from work. Less than a year later I went to a different club again and worked at both, just to get a change of pace and because money was a bit better sometimes at the second club. Follow the money!

Thanks ladies. I was figuring since this is slow season that I would just work at the place I am at before trying another club in October but I don't have any complaints about the club I am at. I was satisfied with how much money I made with having an extremely lazy hustle, the management is fine as far as I can tell, the girls were not rude and a few of them were friendly.

what club are you at? congrats on being satisfied with money now, its been really hit or miss and I see a lot of new girls leaving without even getting a single dance so yah itd probably be better to stay where you are. there are more big spenders at the bigger clubs but you will make a lot more at a place where hosts help you and you are in the top 20% lookswise. also lol you don't make money at sr or sapphire by being "extremely lazy" so keep that in mind too.

I don't want to say on here. I was honestly expecting it to be like that, where I didn't make anything besides some singles on stage but as soon as I got on the floor, the first guy I asked got 2 dances from me and so did the next three. I got a few no's after that so I changed my outfit and went back out and danced for two more guys. When I say "extremely lazy" I don't mean that I sat because the whole time I was on the floor if I wasn't sitting with a customer I was walking around and every guy I talked to got this"Hi my name is __________, do you want to have a good time?" and if the answer was yes, then great but if it was "Maybe later" then I would just move on to the next guy. I didn't put time or effort into trying to convince someone to get a dance. I'm positive I am in the top 20% looks wise and I think I might even be in the top 10 or even 5. I can admit that I was intimidated for absolutely no reason, the only reason I am waiting on going to SR is because I'm self conscious about my belly but in the lighting at this club you can't see it...I'm just afraid that the lighting for the audition at SR will be unforgivable lol.
