If you bid and convert the customers it helps your LVS and your bids don't cost a lot anyway. It costs a lot when you start but as soon as you convert the clickers into customers then you will see a lower cost anyway.
^^I didn't know that. I just thought it had something to do with how many women were on at the time.

If you look at your stats you will see what percentage of the people who clicked on you were converted to customers. You will also see how you retain customers and also how customers come to you etc. NF has a huge amount of info that it shares on how a customer interacts with you. If people are interested I could make a video and put it on my site.
For instance lets say you change your rate. The system starts to look at stats and tell you if people even click on your listing. So if you give yourself a 50% raise and notice your stats go down it might not be a good idea. If you change your profile pic and people stop clicking maybe that isn't a good pic. It is a useful tool because I make one tweek and then look at my stats for a week and then tweak one other thing and so forth.
This is not true at all. You are free to host your images wherever you like. All of my images are hosted on my own hosting account.
The issue NF has with you using your own hosting company is with the following scenarios (and there may be more but these are the main ones that popped into my head):
1. Some hosting websites (especially free ones) will add a link back to their website when you copy/paste the html to your listings. Your image will show up and underneath, it may have a link that says something like "hosted at tinypic.com." That's called a link-back and that's not allowed. Or, the company will include a watermark with their url on the image. Still a no-no.
2. Some hosting websites (again, usually free ones) make their html "clickable" so that if someone clicked on your pictures in your listings, it will again take them back to the hosting website. NF DOES NOT LIKE WHEN YOU TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS OFF THE WEBSITE, even if it's just to a hosting website. That is when NF will disable your listings until you no longer are linking back to an outside website.
Most people just host their stuff on NF. I've been on NF since 2001 and have had my own hosting since then. When NF finally started offering their own, it was just easier for me to leave my stuff where it was rather than have to upload it all to NF.
ETA: Everything I've written about above has to do with images/gifs/PTV's, etc on your listings. If you're selling Goodie bags, though, those items do need to be hosted by NF (which means uploading them to your NF file manager).

So what is this bidding thing to boost traffic for newbies you guys speak of. Is the camming part on there just like a reg cam site or do you do ps while camming? Wanting to sign up but confused.

NF keeps saying my files are corrupted whenever I try to upload a video even though I've put them on lot's of other clip sites with no problem. I'm getting frustrated.
I have a question about Niteflirt that I am hoping someone can help me with.
I am putting together some new PTV games and I read that NF doesn't allow 'games of chance'. If I had a 'surprise PTV' that people weren't 100% sure of what it was before they paid for it, would they be considered a game of chance? I just don't want to accidentally get in trouble by going against their 'fair play' rules but I am not exactly sure what they consider a game of chance because they don't define it in the rules at all. (-_-)
In my opinion, what you described is a game of chance. Your customers need to know what they are getting when they pay for a PTV. If you ever have any questions, it's always good to run your idea by PlayFair before posting it on your website. They'll usually respond within 24 hours.

I never had luck with bidding personally. I would get clicks but hardly ever a show. Once I said fuck it and promoted my own links, I get shows. It sucked to be clicked to death and not make much money. If bidding works for you and the others thats awesome. I wish it worked for me because I would love to bid on one of my phone lines.

Has anyone ever had this issue on NF where when you answer the call wont pick up and then your call
Monitor gets stuck on busy? Had a guy call twice and when id pick up the call wouldn't fully accept. It finally went through and then we abruptly got cut off around 15 mins. He was so nice that he just tributed me the rest of the money in his account as a thank you. But im wondering if anyone has encountered this issue?

I have no idea where to, I would like to generate more traffic to my ad's.
Does anyone else have any advice on doing so?
Also does anyone know how I can make a better profile there? Any tips? Anyone do HTML ?
thank you!

There are also plenty of NF forums, PSO listing sites and Indy listing sites where you can promote your NF characters. Google is your friend.
Also, Google NF templates to get some free basic templates or to learn HTML. Good luck!

Oops I messed up at leaving this on for a few weeks while I do other things.. now I missed 2 calls from same person, what would you do now?
send them a message and let them know you where a bit busy at the time but if they would like to arrange a call that can be done.

I just saw that a flirt sent me 5 free mins. She must have clicked on one of my buttons and I ended up on her customer list. But FIVE FREE minutes? I didn't think anyone did that. I only send out 5 free mins if its a bait and switch. Like if someone pisses me off I send them the mins and then block them right after. So this way the system generates an email that says I've invited them for 5 free mins but when they try to redeem it says they've been blocked.![]()

Most minutes I've ever sent out was 3. They get three free when they first join the site, so I figure that's a good number. I only send them if there was a glitch - or if I happened to miss a call for some reason. I try not to make a habit of it.
I did have one super awesome good customer once. I probably sent him 5 once or twice, but he was a good, big spender and more than made up for it.
