If there's already a thread about this, please point me to it but I couldn't find it when I did a search.
I'm using a Mac and I was using Windows to cam but now Windows isn't working unless I pay like $100 to upgrade to Windows 8 so I'm trying to find an option that will let me cam from the Mac side.
I tried iglasses but that didn't work---it only recognized my built-in isight and not my Logitech camera.
Now I'm trying EvoCam but the encoder isn't recognizing it. Actually, on the encoder, it's still trying to recognize iGlasses even though I deleted it from my computer.
I'm so frustrated. I just bought a new c920 and I can't even get it to run on my Mac without the software the way I can with my Pro9000. I'm trying to find some kind of 3rd party software that will allow me to zoom, hence why I'm knocking my head against the wall trying to get EvoCam to work.
My next option is to return the c920 (since it doesn't seem to work on Mac at all) and get the Logitech HD 720 since it says that it's fully Mac compatible.
In the mean time, I need to work so if there's anyone that could give me some pointers on working with Evo Cam----or any other software that will allow me to zoom. pan/tilt, adjust the settings, etc--- it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks ladies.
