So, my two very best friends, girls I have known since childhood and who brought me into my current club in the first place. They are awesome and supportive, and we all hustle together. But lately, on multiple occassions I have noticed them selling VIPs for less than the minimum ($135/30 minutes). One of them was trying to hustle a double-VIP for herself and me, and went down to $150 for the both of us, which, after the clubs $35 cut off each, would leave us with $40 apiece. I refused, obviously. A half hour of my time is NOT worth less than $100 and it is against the rules to sell VIPs for less than $135. Most girls will get bitchy if they find out you are selling them for less than $150. I will, OCCASSIONALLY, credit a $25 dance towards a VIP if I'm desperate to upsell and the customer is on the fence, (So, he gets the dance for free and the VIP for the standard price), but even in that scenario, I'm still getting at least $100 from the customer.
I have no idea what to do in this situation. I'm close with these girls, but this is so wrong.
Advice?
