    What are the best ways to increase my flexibility. Usually after work my hips tend to lock and it sucks so much

    The best way to increase flexibility is to warm up your muscles and stretch. For example, a mild work out then stretch. Also try Epsom Salt baths after work.

    What really works the best for me is hot vinyassa or bikram yoga. The heat really helps to loosen up your muscles and doing all the stretches/poses helps with flexibility. I'd be a knotted up mess with out it.
