Default customers that ask you out

What do you do about customers that ask for your number & ask to hang out? I never know what to do because i don't want to miss out on selling them dances or getting a potential regular. I also don't want to hang out with them because i have a boyfriend. I tell them I'm single though because I've actually missed out on money by saying i have a boyfriend. Does not giving them your number & not hanging out with them outside of the club affect losing them as a customer or them being potential regulars?

The men that ask for your number usually want to spend time with you outside of the club. A few will come back as regulars but even they will eventually try to meet you outside the club.

It's better to create a twitter account for dancing (keep your real name and other identifying data private) and give them your twitter username so they can follow you and receive your updates of when you're in the club etc, or give them an email.

If you do feel compelled to give phone number make it a prepaid cell phone or virtual number never your real number. And tell them text only so they aren't trying to hold lengthy phone convos.

Make it clear upfront it's only for work not to arrange dates outside the club.

this is covered under best of hustle hut i believe..but it suggest saying stuff like " i don't usually do that anymore, i've been burned a few times with customers" then make up a sad story about how you've been hurt or had a bad experience. i always say im single , the most i'll ever do is say that its complicated. get a google voice number or a crap pre-paid phone. for a lot of customers, they will spend money if they believe there is some sort of chance that you will go out with them, i just squeeze as much money outta them as i can during their little "waiting" time. don't become facebook friends with them though ( unless its a special dancer account), don't tell them your real name, don't tell them ANY personal info not even where you live. some of them could possibly turn into stalkers. but they are all going to ask you that sooner or later, it is a very rare customer who really gets what strip clubs are about. that's when they've reached their expiration date, all of them have one

I have two approaches. If they ask me to dinner or whatever... I say give me ten good reasons why I should and I'm a great arguer. I then proceed to destroy every reason they give me with ease. Sometimes they come back again with more reasons. Most are not dedicated enough to actually come up with ten good reasons and give up the effort or realize there is no chance. My other approach is to just treat them like children. I smile and laugh it off, telling them how silly they are and act as if they could not possibly be serious about it.

If they're asking you out, they're generally not regular material, so stop thinking that you're somehow missing out on a potential regular. My standard response is, "Oh baby, we just met! Let's get to know each other a bit better." Then either sell a dance or tell them my work schedule, depending on when they ask. If it's on the floor, they're pretty much guaranteed to be a time waster who isn't there to spend much/any money.

Don't you know? You're supposed to buy their dinner on the first date.

These kinds of guys always turn out to beg me to go out to eat or on a date, I very rarely get one who will take me shopping or something to do with money. They best that usually comes with these guys is they come in a few times trying to get u "hooked" and when they see u wont give it up as easy as they want they are gone. My new rule is if they dont spend a thousand at least on me, they wont get my number and I am kinda thinking I am selling myself short with this cuz if they spend a thousand one night, they may come back in and spend more and more on other nights, some guys really like the chase, I guess this is where good intuition comes in and I dont really have that.
