I've been eating a lot of seafood before work lately and it's always easy on the stomach. Sushi is especially good - healthy, makes you full without actually feeling "full" (bloated, etc).

I think a regular digestive system is very important too. I always make sure I shit before work. No way do I want to feel full or like I have to shit while I'm at work.
I agree with you on this. I have a pretty good digestive system and I go everyday. I ALWAYS make sure I sit on my potty before I bathe and go to work. It keeps the bloat at bay, and there is no way I'd feel clean and sexy taking a dump at work.

I rarely eat at work. My club has a kitchen with decent food but it's mostly unhealthy bar food. We have salads but I still don't bother. I'm not usually hungry at work.
