I completely second this and with a clause- if a client ever asks to take payments offsite, even to a different cam platform or Amazon GC or something- double check. I had a guy legitimately buy a show on CMD and the next time he contacted me he asked if I had a different cam site he could pay on because his 'card wouldn't work on CMD.' Sometimes legitimate clients get flagged by their bank and the transaction won't go through so it's not always bullshit, but this guy gave me a bad feeling. I ran his name through Crooked Clients list again and it turns out that he creates different Skype names and pays through different bad credit cards through fraud or something and did a CB on our last show! So don't fuck around with double-checking ladies- it can always happen.
I think Mark will just refund the show if the client says/proves it never happened which is different from a chargeback. But if you report that the client harassed you first he's always been good about not taking it out of my pay.
So if you or any other ladies have any issues with harassment from clients who have already paid you, I'd recommend taking it to him straight away. If it was a small enough transaction he might not even dock you your pay, depending on the situation. I dunno if they have a policy for it, but he's always given me the impression that he's sympathetic to us having to put up with bullshit from assholes and he doesn't want to make it worse. He's also done a fair number of legitimate refunds where it was just bad timing or whatever, and THOSE he's taken off of my pay obviously. But when it's a case of a client making me uncomfortable, never.
