    Default do usb extension cords work with logitech webcams?

    I am wanting to by a usb extension cord on ebay to use for my 920 but read somewhere the extension cable wont work well with the cam.anyone try this before?

    It's working perfectly with cams, i have it myself for when guys want far away/ standing cam view.

    It depends on the brand. I had a nice one and it worked great. Then I bought a cheaper one and the audio didn't come through sometimes. But yes, you should be able to use an extension cord. Get the shortest cord you think you can work with though (don't buy 25 feet if you think 10 feet will do).

    I bought the Amazon brand one that adds an extra 3 or 6 ft? it works fine with my PC..

    I have one but when I move my cam and if its not electrical taped around the connectors I always cut my own stream when i move it

    User error but thought I would throw that out there

    Im not the best gadget person

    I have that issue with my cam when they get about 18months old and it will happened out of my computer too.

    Oh allright, forgot to add: i use electric tape so it wont get loose and cut my stream.
