Change of clothes, neoprene knee wraps, chalk, old lifting session notes, lipgloss, forgotten towel (I'm assuming there is one in there ) Older Converse in case new ones were forgetten, empty plastic water bottle. A pair of sunglasses (I noticed this afternoon) and hair elastics.

^^ I need to start bringing face wash with me, I always end up using that hand soap cuz I forget but my face is so breakout prone I must wash it half way through a workout then when I leave. OH and to add to the list I carry adderall on my serious workout sessions.lol, its a bit of a cheat but my workouts are so much better![]()





^ yeah facewash is good for when the sweat starts accumulating! plus i do red light therapy at planet fitness and you gotta wash your face first..its awesome btw lol

That's what I bring the facial wipes for. I use the moisturizing aveeno ones. Face wash on the go!![]()

A swim suit (I typically will take a dip in the hot tub if my muscles are aching) or even sit in the sauna with it on, swim towel, sweat towel, flip flops, Chapstick, water bottle, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, clean towel, change of clothes, iPod nano, and enough cash for a post workout protein shake.
I didn't mention workout clothes or sneaker because ill wear them to the gym (or change at my work so I don't have to there).

Clean clothes, socks, and undies, flip flops, a towel, body wash, face wash, deodorant, lotion, chapstick, a bottle of water and homemade trail mix, headphones and armband for my phone, and purell.



Towel (quick dry- I love it), Ipod, Water Bottle, Change of clothes, Swimsuit (I love the sauna/steam room), flip flops, toiletries, lock, sneakers (I have a pair just for hiking and the gym).
I need to get a yoga mat- I've been dying to finally take a yoga class.




Bodywash, a loofa, towel, and makeup if I'm going somewhere after and have to shower at the gym (or else I'll shower when I get home), change of clothes, change of shoes, deodorant and bodyspray/perfume, ipod and armband holder for my ipod, wallet for food afterwards, maybe a snack for breaks, water bottle, baby wipes, phone, lock.
