    Question leaving an agency... problems?

has anyone else ever experienced issues when leaving an agency? such as bullying, fear mongering, threats, etc. any advice? i left on a good note or so i thought but have been getting consistently harassed ever since i finally left. i'm going to change my name and such but i was also being bullied by some of the agency staff and treated unfairly so leaving seems the best choice. any advice?

Just ignore them. Are you going to use your real pics in your ads?

Yes I have a photographer coming to take new ones though and I'm opting for a spray tan before hand [haha no more snow white for me!] so hopefully they dont know its me in my ads. Plus no face shots, something they did without my consent and I've had to beg sites to remove. Ughhhhh

Well yes I can say I have had a bad experience when I first started escorting I got involved with one agency in my area and at the time I didn't know much. However when I tried to leave the bitch owner's gf/partner threw death threats my way and said she was going to bust the windows of my car, etc. All this crazy stuff. The actual owner cursed me out to but that is the worst that happened. Nothing else.

Yes, an agency I recently left has threatened to shut down my website, called my new phone and left a nasty message like a loon, which is why I left. He uses his girlfriend to make money and I tried to help her but she felt she wasnt ready to go, I guess. Anyway. Glad to be free and ride on the Indy Express, I smile wide thinking about it everyday lol

Yes an agency I was working with for a year. wasn't happy when I was leaving them. I had threats and bullying and general fear for my life when I was leaving them and transitioning becoming independent. Eventually that agency picked on someone else, because it i just the nature of this particular agency owner.

it can be a hard thing to deal with, sometimes you are able to go to the police if they have a division that helps sex workers. if not you pretty much left to wait it out and see if they will pick on someone else. and try your best to give them as alittle personal information about yourself, if you are working with an agency that does outcalls and has drivers picking you up at home, then the wait out period might a little longer, until you are able to work with a different agency or become independent.

We just had a heck of a one with our ex-assistant.

Went into our email box and pushed one of her other girls while bashing us. Sending her email addy to them. PM me if you want the name. It's a nightmare.

When I texted her to tell her that it was an awful thing to do, I got a crack-ho response full of profanity full of personal insults. Wow.

Oh, and then she told us that any professional would have no problem with her referring other girls to our clients, but we don't know what professional is. Yep.

A lot of agencies think they own you and if you;re their main source of income they don;t want you to leave. Many have fine systems to make extra money off stupid shit that doesn't affect anything you do or their business.
