Default Erasing yourself from the internet

How possible is it to erase fake ads, old ads and especially any old pictures that you uploaded instead of hosting from your own website from the internet? I am starting to close shop and really would love to get as much scrubbed away as I can. This included camming and escorting.

Someone had a signature here before but I can't remember who.

This is pretty much impossible to do. There are companies that claim they can do it for you for a price but they don't guarantee anything absolute. Once its there, its there.

All you can do is erase as much as possible and hope for the best.

I know that Amanda Brooks explained in one of her books the process she took whenever she retired from escorting the first time to take down her ads.

I am very much aware of that. I want to take as much away as possible.

I have the Amanda Brooks books but they aren't in the same state as me. I will google like a normal person. Thanks!

    Thanks for the link, GlamourRouge.

Cant say for how to totally erase, but first stepe I would take would be to first delete all info from any profiles I have up, and then delete / request to have my profile removed.

Then I would go through and find any sites with my photos / information on them, and email them to ask them to request they remove it (ive done that with sites that have harvested my photos, and a few of them have actually complied and pulled it within a day or two)

For anyone who refuses or doesnt respond within a few days, Id try filing a DMCA takedown to have it removed (also just went through this and was able to get my photos taken off a coupel websites)

My next step for a couple of sites who still have my info up, is to pay DMCA.com to have a professional go through the process.

    I hope that helps.

Yep! You can also threaten with legal action to the websites that refuse to take them down but they never respond to the emails. Even if a lawyer contacts them.
