Okay- so besides the 2 low cal/ low carb protein shakes a day and the salad with lean meat for dinner. I'm planning on stepping up my game and trying colonics, body wraps and saunas to get back down to my goal weight size/look asap. Any more suggestions or comments on the methods I'm using? I haven't done the colonics or body wraps yet- but have heard that both are way effective and helpful. Who had experience with these and how good do they actually work?
