    Default Missing: My Booty

    So, after dancing for the better part of a decade, I've been off the pole for almost a year. I've done a few nights here and there, but not my usual 4 nights a week. I kinda lost my appetite when I stopped dancing and have dropped about 30 lbs. I went from 130 to 100. I'm pretty sure all of the 30 lbs I've lost are from my butt. I used to have a nice ass for a scrawny chick. It is gone. Over the past couple months I've gained about 15 lbs. I'm back up to 115. But my butt's still MIA. I started working out and doing all of these exercises that are supposed to build up your booty muscles. They made my butt shrink more! I know I probably still need to gain another 5-10 lbs, but still! I don't need to unbutton my size 24 and 25 jeans when I pee. I just pull them up and down over my flat ass. Is this an age thing? Has anyone just lost their butt as they got closer to 30? I have no boobs. I need to at least have a butt!

    It might be an age thing, or maybe you have just lost muscle tone in your behind from the weight loss etc. Have you tried to regain the fullness through exercise (squats etc)? It will take time, but I've seen skinny friends get rounded more lifted butts through exercise.

    I def lost muscle tone everywhere when I dropped the weight. And I have been doing some serious booty building exercises. They've actually made my butt shrink more. But maybe I'm expecting too much too soon. Still not up to my normal weight and have only been working out for 5 weeks or so. If anyone has some exercise tips for boosting your butt muscles, let me know!!

    Well, I'm not 30 yet!!! I miss my butt. I hope someone finds her and returns her soon. I'm going to make flyers today.

    Make sure your taking enough protein for muscle growth..other wise you wont create the desired muscle growth. Increase your weights Squats, lunges, kickboxing, running UPHILL.

    yea. that'll do it. the same thing happened to me last summer. i think all those lap dances on the floor are what build the thigh and butt muscles, so if you're not doing squats, and also eating protein, then you should. things that build up your legs will help give your booty more lift and shape too. good luck! ~ miss new booty haha

    same exact story here!!! had an amazing, perky, fluffy ass last year and now its gone! to get my butt the first time i ate a ton of healthy fats..olive oil, flax seed oil, nuts, peanut butter, whole milk, lots of pasta with real butter, cream, cheese, and dense fruits like bananas and mangoes. lots of meat too, and ensure plus drinks between meals.then when i finally had some meat on my ass to shape, i did butt blaster and deep squats with weights. also this exercise where you lay on your stomach and put the bottoms of your feet together and then clench your ass and try to lift your pelvis off the ground. hard to describe lol. with just exercises and no weight gain, it won't get THAT much bigger, it will be more shapely though

    That makes sense. Gotta fatten up first. I wonder if there is ice cream that has good fat in it. Or brownies. I've been doing a similar exercise as the one you described where you lay down and life your hips with ur feet together. Except I lay my chest and belly on my desk. Then I have a fairly big range of motion to lift my ass and legs up and down. Saw a hot girl doing this on u tube. She had a delicious booty. I've seen those butt blaster machines advertised. Do they have those in gyms, sometimes. Cuz I'm seriously not buying that thing, but would like to use it!!

    I agree with the suggestions from the other members. Try using heavier weights while squatting, lunging, etc. and less reps. Around 3-4 sets of 8-12 with weights that challenge you. Try eating more, but healthy and increase your protein intake, lean meat, protein shakes to feed your muscles! It might take some time before you see noticeable changes, 5 weeks isn't that much to see a big difference, but don't give up.

    As you age you might have to work harder to maintain your shape but it's nothing impossible. I know women in their thirties who are extremely fit and can definitely compete with younger women in their early twenties lol.

    And yes they have butt blaster machines at my gym!! Haha
