So, after dancing for the better part of a decade, I've been off the pole for almost a year. I've done a few nights here and there, but not my usual 4 nights a week. I kinda lost my appetite when I stopped dancing and have dropped about 30 lbs. I went from 130 to 100. I'm pretty sure all of the 30 lbs I've lost are from my butt. I used to have a nice ass for a scrawny chick. It is gone. Over the past couple months I've gained about 15 lbs. I'm back up to 115. But my butt's still MIA. I started working out and doing all of these exercises that are supposed to build up your booty muscles. They made my butt shrink more! I know I probably still need to gain another 5-10 lbs, but still! I don't need to unbutton my size 24 and 25 jeans when I pee. I just pull them up and down over my flat ass. Is this an age thing? Has anyone just lost their butt as they got closer to 30? I have no boobs. I need to at least have a butt!

I've been doing a similar exercise as the one you described where you lay down and life your hips with ur feet together. Except I lay my chest and belly on my desk. Then I have a fairly big range of motion to lift my ass and legs up and down. Saw a hot girl doing this on u tube. She had a delicious booty. I've seen those butt blaster machines advertised. Do they have those in gyms, sometimes. Cuz I'm seriously not buying that thing, but would like to use it!!
