Maybe doing a reward for yourself will help. Set your goal for the week, how many minutes or hours, or how much money you want. If you stick to your goal for a week, treat yourself to a huge sundae (if diet allows) or a pair of earrings. If you do it all month, go for something bigger, like a night at the movies. Of course, the rewards can be tailored to fit your wants and needs, but a little reward goes a long way. It works for my kid and all she gets is stickers for using the toilet....
