    Default Facial Exercising

I couldn't find a thread that wasn't really old, on this matter-sorry if there is one.

Many of us here are concerned about ageing I know.
So I stumbled Eva Fraser who is in her early to mid EIGHTIES, and looks about 50 I'd say. But a very good looking 50, I also google imaged her and found some TV clips of her.

What else is inspiring is she didn't begin doing the exercises until she was 60 anyway! So it's reversed the ageing process as well as worked against future ageing-unless of course she naturally looked very young to begin with.

I have bought her book and have began using it, still in the basic workout stage though.
It makes sense-your skin can be kept nice but your skin is attached to muscles of the face, so if your muscles aren't toned, you'll have soft skin but your face can still sag as you age.

I notice when I'm doing the exercises the muscles tremble like the body muscles do when they're being worked. I'm optimistic that this may work well, and I'll keep y'all informed!
I've also got my Mother doing it!
I know she's the person who Madonna uses for facial exercises.
What's your opinion on it-it makes sense to me which is why I'm giving it a go!

I am not so sure about all this. Susan Somers (sp) had a facial machine out selling it. Now she admits to getting Botox. Why would you need Botox if your own product costs a small fortune and works so well for her lazy eye and lifting the face.
They say, you may cause wrinkles while working certain areas of the face. I have tried a Derma-something when it was sold, never seen a difference, and read a few books on how to do it with oils and my own hands. I did not see a difference with using both.

She's definitely had an eye lift. Probably a face lift too.
