How was your audition? How was your first night and how much did you get paid your first night? Im nervous...Should I call before I go in and ask what kind of strippers there looking for are just do a walk-in
Or visit different type of strip clubs first?

Have you checked out the threads that are stickied at the top of this section? You'll get a rundown of how to go about auditioning and what to expect when you're first starting. It's best to call and ask about hiring since some clubs only hire on certain shifts or require an amateur night, so that way you're not wasting your time. You can also ask if there's a dress code, so you can get a gown, regulation thong, pasties, or whatever may be required.

As a stripper, in most clubs, you won't be getting paid. In all likelihood you will be paying to work and then selling dances and VIP/CRs, which is where you will make your money. Earnings vary and are unpredictable, so one girl can leave in the hole while another will leave with a G, and the opposite can happen on the next shift.

    Hey girl,

I was in your situation last week. Now, I'm on my fourth shift and it's cool.

Don't be nervous. It is seriously so not a big deal. I built it up in my head and drank for courage and expected the worst, but it was fine. The girls, for the most part, were nice. The managers were nice. The custies were cool with the fact that I made a promise to myself to dance clean no matter how much I need the money.

Just pack a bag with a couple outfits that make you feel confident, do full hair and makeup, and walk into the club of your choice. Chances are they're just want to take a look at you in street clothes or an outfit and will hire you without making you go on stage. That's what happened for me. If they make you go onstage--- unless it's a super high end place, they're going to be forgiving about your "dance" skills. They just want to see you. And, trust me, a room full of guys is just grateful you're getting naked. They don't give a crap about a lot of tricks. Just take it SLOW and be sensual... just like lingerie modeling or dancing for your boyfriend at home. SLOW is the key... the new girls who dance fast look frantic and awkward.

Picking a mid-tier club for your first time out is a good idea. Helps you build confidence and get your hustle down. The thing that sucks about stripping is that you are a SALESWOMAN. You have to talk. You have to approach people. You have to upsell. I'm making 10% of my money from stage and 90% from private dances.

You can do this! It's so much better than waiting tables or being a $!^@! secretary--- I've tried both. Work that new girl money for all it is worth. Be confident. Keep to yourself in the DR. Limit the alcohol. Set goals.

    Good luck, Juicy!!!
