    Default Getting a work visa

I'm just curious if anyone has been successful at getting a work visa for camming.

Does anyone think it would be worth it to try or would it even work at all?

I'm more asking specifically for a visa to the United Kingdom from America.

I don't think it is possible as you need to prove that you have a company as sponsor for your visa , we cam girls are self employers. There is a category for self employers /inversionist but that means that you earn big ££££££

I've been wondering about the same thing, USA > Germany. It's not really possible. Hope you have an in-demand skill, because that's really the only way you can get a job there as a non-EU citizen...UNLESS you are self-employed, you can get sort of an "artist" visa if you are able to get 3 contracts. At least, that's the way it is in Germany. Good luck!

So I've looked into some things and as started by the two above, it's not possible to get a work visa.

However I am looking into finding another way to do it so if anyone is interested let me know and I'll be happy to share whatever information I learn.

I'm going to call the embassy and just ask someone because from what I understand, camming is a special circumstance.

As stated by Riley, since it's not an in demand skill, you don't qualify.
And echoing what Conny said, because we're self employed, there is no way to get someone to sponsor your visa.

I am persistent though, I will get an answer to this.

Well if you quote the bit about camming I think it can get worse, Home office would say you don't need to be in UK in order to do that job. I can give you some ideas/contacts but please PM me.
