There's more threads on these Zombaio issues all over webmaster forums, too. Just because you haven't had issues doesn't mean a bunch of other girls and webmasters haven't. I'm not willing to risk that. Especially when I have so many UK, German, and Japanese customers who are likely to have more issues than someone in the US.
Part of me wants to switch to CCBill because they are so trusted, but the fact that they require $1200 per year just to process major credit cards, and the fact that they take ~15% when I could choose another payment processor who only takes 9-10% makes me not want to do it. I think I will be sticking with Epoch, or maybe DHD Media. Streamate's custy payment processor is Epoch. Same with most of Puba. I feel like CCBill may increase fees in the future too, just because they know they can get away with it.
