most clubs don't want you dancing for their competitor, lots of girls do but keeping it on the DL would be wise i think. it was too stressful for me balancing schedules!

I felt the same way. I was just shocked because she has it all over Facebook. We will see how long this lasts!

I do it all the time. I'm not a serf bound to the manor. I dance wherever the fuck I please.![]()

I do it all the time too! I make more $ when I mix things up... Hate being at the same place night after night. I have never hid this. And I've never been asked to stop. I'm an independent contractor. I pay stage fees to work at the places I choose!

Most clubs here don't care as long as they don't catch you promoting your other club to their customers.

I didn't even know this was a thing! Maybe it's different in smaller areas..? I've mostly worked in decently sized or larger cities where most clubs wouldn't even know where all I was working. But, I've always been pretty open about it. And my regulars have followed me from place to place. It's never been an issue. Just started at a new club and told them upfront that I was thinking about working at another place nearby. The manager totally gave me the inside scoop about the other club I'm considering!

i never told them management at my place i was doing both ( well i actually kind of just switched clubs, i can't do two mandatory days a week on top of 3 mandatory days a week. not gonna happen)..but all the girls told me they were fired when they got found out, and only hired back after they quit at the other place. so yeah, if they don't mind it, and both don't make you do ridiculous schedules and mandatory days, sure. the problem with where i am though is that they all do![]()

That's good to know! We are in the same area, so maybe I'll be facing this situation now. I don't want to get fired right when I'm getting started!!

not all of em are as sensitive haha, my cub chain doesn't see us as independent contractors, which is what we are..and that's the problem
Most clubs look down upon it...
^I think that's area specific because I've never found it to be an issue or signed a contract that said it was. I love having two clubs to work at since then I know where is more lucrative and when, and it let's me switch things up a bit to prevent burn out.
OP - when you got hired at your club, did they say anything about working in other clubs or make you sign anything about it? If not, it's probably a non-issue where you are.
I've always worked at multiple clubs. In my experience it's never been an issue. Sometimes it actually can help because if custies know you work at both clubs in a certain area they may come to see you. The owners of the club know this so it's a way to have guy B bring him and his buddies to see you. Where they might not have ever done that if you didn't work at 2 clubs.

I've always worked at multiple clubs. I've only had problems with it once.
