Mind Blowing Anyone on dailypay you had better read this OMG

    Long Term Unpaid Loans

    by admin » Sun Nov 03, 2013 1:07 am
Hi folks, while going through the system deleting old usernames I noticed quite alot of unpaid loans. As we have limited powers to retrieve this money the only leverage we have is the members personal details, as such, for any long term loans that the member has simply requested it then not paid it off (eg stole) we will be publishing the personal details of each person.

I conservatively estimate the total amount of unpaid loans by dailypay members to be at the £20,000 mark currently, obviously this is a serious problem that needs a hard hitting solution to get these people to pay us back.

The loan service is run as a extra service simply because we hate to see people on hard times, the interest we charge is only there to stop people requesting them constantly and its probably the lowest interest rate in the world.

This will be done in 3 stages:

First this thread has been created, if you read this and you have a long term loan you can contact us on [email protected] to have it paid off, if you at least make contact with us the publishing of your personal information will be delayed.

Second, we will publish the performer usernames of all members who have long term outstanding loans that arent currently in contact with us or are being paid off.

(if you recognise a username from the list make sure to contact the person as we are about to publish their personal details).

Third and final step is to publish their real name, address, social security numbers, ID held on account, facebook page (if applicable), phone number, IP address, email addresses and all other personal information held on our system.

Second stage starts on 17th Nov.

This is an unfortunate action we must take.

If you dont pay your loan karma will get you, alot of nasties out there will be more than happy to steal your identity or worse, call at your door

ps, if you have a loan and you are currently paying it off this thread does not apply to you. If you are uncertain please email us.

Wow, that is incredibly fucked up. I understand that he has to get his money somehow but considering the nature of our business that's tantamount to blackmail. Linking performer's personal details to their stage names (or even camming in general) could literally cost them their lives. I've been considering DP for a while but this is just another instance in a long line of completely unprofessional conduct. Even though I wouldn't use the DP service for loans like that there's absolutely no way this guy is ever getting my personal details. It really sounds like he's gone off the deep end.

Just saw this. It's insane that the debt "suddenly" got that big. Why has he taken so long to deal with it?

He should know that this will lose him employees. Makes me want to leave Weekly Pay asap.

DP is incredibly unprofessional...I see this from the tone and syntax of all the admin's emails.

And srsly, what exactly made him think it's a good idea to loan people money who are dependent on getting paid DAILY? How financially responsible does he think they all are?

To be fair, he controls the money, so in theory as long as they were not taking the loan out and then never working again, all he had to do was not pay them the money they were due until it was paid up.

Just because people are on daily pay does not mean there not financially responsible, all depends what site you work if your in the uk or usa its not just all about being paid daily some are paid weekly.

Not getting into a pro and anti daily pay..........the issue was the personal info being given out and thats not right.

There would be other options he could take to get the funds back, giving out a performers info should of never of crossed his mind.

I can't believe that anyone would feel safe with him at this point. Threatening to give out personal info is horrible enough, but mentioning that it would be a shame if someone used the info to come find models or to steal their identity. This man is absolutely insane.

Does he have an out of control crack habit or something? I mean, there are so many other ways to deal with this, not to mention ways to have prevented it. Extremely unprofessional & psychotic.

Didn't mean to imply that all people on DP are financially irresponsible. I know that DP/WP is great for a bunch of reasons.

However, I can make an educated guess that the ratio of people on DP with financial problems is higher than with camgirls in general. I often see posts in the forums with girls freaking out about their pay not being on time, really needing the money right away, etc. It just seems to me to be a bad idea to offer such a large loan program when you know there will be difficulty repaying the loans.

I'm in shock over this. I've been with DP for over a year now and was always impressed by the service but the last two months just seem to be filled with emails that are very unprofessional and sound like rants.
I don't do loans and I'm someone who minds my own business and doesn't cause any problems but right now I'm not really trusting the service.

No one should rip off money or deliberately scam a service but to put out personal information and I believe it was mentioned to find the person on FB and out them on there is beyond horrible.

This man has got to be batshit insane. I know Jess was probably kidding about the crack but after I replied the first time I was thinking about it and honestly his crazy antics do sound like something that stems from a drug problem. No one who doesn't a) have no grasp on reality and how normal people act and b) desperately need money would blackmail people with their lives for an average of under $200/person. I'm not even in DP and I'm glued to that thread now. This guy is a fucking trainwreck.

"What else can I do?" Uh... sell the debt to a collections agency, take them to court, etc like everyone else in the world? Jesus fucking Christ. If he's so eager to expose a person's personal information for under $200... wow, my mind is completely blown right now.

I really wish there was a DP service with stable, professional, preferably female management. It would make a killing, especially since I'm sure a lot of girls will leave DP after this shit.

This is what I posted in V....

Smh and lol. I lol because the situation is mainly his fault but he's acting like its only the models fault. How do you let the debt get to the point of £20,000/$26,975.80? Oh never mind I see.....he didn't check the statues of the loans for 3 years. He shouldn't have let it get that high. If models weren't paying him back by the time he got to $500-$1000 then he shouldn't have let anyone else take out loans. The debt wouldn't have gotten that high if he had stayed on top of it. I won't be surprised if he takes all of the money he has an goes MIA like all these other company's have done. He's a very grimy person. I wonder if he'd get in trouble if models reported him to whatever site he's posting their info on?

Even if it is a scare tactic he's made himself look bad and a lot of people won't trust him or see him as professional from now on. I think it's a tactic that is going to come back and bite him on the ass.

He let people take out loans that he never once kept track of for 3 years...until now. And "suddenly" realizes he's 20k in debt and angry about it? How dare he come back at girls like this and doing it so viciously.

Maybe I would have felt sympathetic if he was only a month behind/in debt on this loan stuff - but 3 years? Are you seriously trying to pull a sob story on your own negligence and laziness? How sad. You shouldn't have let it pile up that high - you should have kept track of your books and stopped when the first person didn't pay you back.

Hope girls reading all of this mess will seriously reconsider joining or staying on this "service".

Oh boy. This is unspeakably insane and also shows there's a glaring hole in his bookkeeping abilities. "Oops, I'm in debt!" all of a sudden? He can't possibly expect anyone to trust him or his service after this...Jeopardizing the livelihoods of models for the mistakes that he ultimately made. This can't possibly end well.

They are one in the same. In a nutshell, PJ ran Daily Pay and responded to emails and inquiries about the service here in a timely and helpful manner. PJ also had a pink ribbon and female displayed in his avatar, leading everyone to mistakenly assume he was a female. After some unfortuante events PJ was revealed to be a man and I believe was banned for attempting to mislead everyone here. However, there are several models who have nothing but good to say about the service so make of it what you will.

not only that but a little before or after he was outed he hacked into at least one models sw handle (i think a few others) because they used the same password for daily pay and here or something like that this was about a year ago i know because i joined sw late November last year i believe all this happened around oct last year because when i was new PJ's post from oct were still kinda at the top in some threads and he was already banned and the whole PJ is a dude thing and what he did was still kind of a 'hot topic'

WELL now that this is all public knowledge, there will definitely be a slow down in his income as ladies leave his service and ladies like me, who are not a part of his service, but were considering it, realize that Yeah.... Fuck all that noise. I've already been outed in my town, but being outed on a level like that is not only unprofessional, but CRUEL! Some of these women could stand to lose a LOT more than their income if this information was outed and that just disgusts me. If you're going to be a legitimate business owner that treats his income-making models this way, then you're completely unprofessional and now many of us now know that this is an unprofessional business and we aren't going to risk it, so it will cost him even more money. He obviously isn't a very good "business owner" and he's going to cause his own downfall. I'd tell EVERY model that has DP to get out as soon as they could, because he is going to go downhill and eventually, they could end up losing their own money. If he's willing to out you, he's willing to do even more, and we depend on our income. HE doesn't have to do what we do, so.... personally... FUCK that. And fuck him, for being such a selfish prick. If you didn't want 20+gs in debt, you shouldn't have ever started this loan program to begin with, and you should've done something far before this point. Not OUR faults he's a shitty "business owner".

This couldn't have shown up at a more interesting time. I use Dailypay and am a successful camgirl. Over the past few days, I've literally spent silly amounts of time deciding how ask him about money I'm missing without upsetting him. Reading his unprofessional responses to his clients (us!) is ridiculous. I sooo wish I had enough savings already right now, I'd be on this gap in the market....

First, I'll say that it's been a long while since I've posted on the forum. That said, I received the same emails as many of the other ladies who too are paid through DP. And while I've never had anything but a fine experience pay-wise through their system, this entire debacle has really managed to blow my mind. So much so that I'm obviously posting here again - and I'll tell you why.

A lot of us are remarking how his actions about posting personal (personal!) information for public viewing is unethical. It's downright immoral. And this is true. However, what's really causing my head to explode is the fact that we haven't even addressed the people who might have long left the industry behind, and haven't even received any communication from PrincessJenny - or whatever name he's going by now - regarding the status of their unpaid loans. What's going to happen to them? Are they simply damned by default to have their social security #'s and LEGAL names published for every Jon Wanker to see?

Now, I'm in no way saying that it's alright to take out a loan and not pay it back, mind you. But I can say that for many ladies who enter into this industry, this job isn't a sole occupation - even if their secondary gig is that of a wife, mother, or even the caretaker to a parent or some other relative. The point that I'm making is that camming is just one part of our lives, balanced with every other facet of the day-to-day grind, and that includes financial strain. I think I can speak for nearly all of us when I say that few people would ever take out a loan with the intention of cheating the system. But the fact of life is that sometimes, in the mix of life, we can forget about these things that while definitely not dismissable, can be acknowledged as an honest-to-goodness occurrence from time to time.

To be blunt? We don't always remember, when mixing relationships, family, bills, finances, that paltry loan of a hundred-something bucks that we took out. Particularly when it's thrown together with the myriad of other responsibilities that are thrown at us. Again, I'm not condoning not paying back a loan. But I'm saying that perhaps a little grace could be extended on his part - especially given that this isn't something he even attempted to keep track of.

What scares me the most, however, is the grand picture when considering the ramifications of his ACTUALLY publishing this information. Has he considered the families that could be affected? Surely, the end result of this isn't just punishing the women who refused to pay - or, those who have simply forgot, long-retired, and are going to wake up one morning three years after the fact to find that SURPRISE - their most personal information has now been made public. The consequences of publishing this information will affect husbands. It will affect boyfriends. It will affect parents of these women. It will affect their grandparents.

    It will affect their children.

    Really?

    Really?

I just...I'm not even sure how to end this. All I'll say is that while I can understand the frustration of being bested when the intentions may have been good, that PJ (or, again, whatever he goes by now) should extend a little grace and accountability for the role he's played in this fiasco.

And lastly, I really hope that he thinks of the children.

Forget the fact that he is outing girls in the industry but posting social security numbers with DL #'s and names leaves all these girls open to identity theft. I miss getting paid every day but I have noticed DP struggling so much lately. Girls not getting paid on time anymore and now this? I would run for the hills if I was still signed up with DP. Shame on him! I don't care how much these girls owe you, this is crossing the line and is illegal. Things have changed so much since I signed up for DP..shaking head....
