I am 5'4" and 135 lbs... I would like to get down to 125 lbs before my audition. I use to be 115 until I was hospitalized and then I packed on the pounds and haven't been able to drop 'em.
I am a vegetarian and semi-active. I did HIIT for one hour twice a week for a month and ate SO clean and didn't lose a single pound or any inches.
I use to get compliments on my body a lot when I was 115...I think I was a little underweight then, though. So 120-125 would be ideal...I have some pretty noticeable upper abdominal fat.
I am willing to do pretty much anything at this point. I have been cutting my calories for the last few days down to about 800...but that hasn't yielded any results, either.
Do any of you have any tips or tricks? Personal stories or experiences?
