    Default Waitresses acting like dancers?

At my club the managers don't allow the waitresses to dance -- just waitress. So in order for them to boost their tips, some of them take to acting JUST LIKE STRIPPERS. When they clean the stage, they do pole tricks, shake their ass, etc. which I personally have never had a problem with, but last night some of this behavior it def irritated me. There's one waitress in particular who does air dances at her tables with customers sticking money in her uniform -- she cuddles with customers in the booths -- and occasionally she'll even give them a lapdance out on the floor!!! She uses the "forbidden waitress" role to her advantage and I guarantee if she was wearing a bikini just like the rest of us -- her hustle wouldn't work for her nearly as much. I brought it up to my manager and he basically told me that "All's fair in the strip club" -- still I don't think it is. What would you do in a situation like this on a night, for example, where she's monopolizing all the attention of a group of customers -- I feel like I should either say something outright, or team up (but I'm terrible at teaming, I'm a solo hustler -- advice is much needed!!!!) ?

I should also add that my club doesn't have many ballers come in, we don't do VIP's -- just dances -- bikini dances at that.

That's super annoying. Unfortunately, as long as she keeps getting tips from it and your manager doesn't care, you're either going to have to suck it up and deal with it/ignore it or move on to a different club. As long as those two things are true, no matter what you or other girls say to her, this waitress is going to keep acting like this. You could try avoiding her shifts, though that certainly won't stop her. I mean, as long as you're able to make money despite her, she's easy enough to ignore. Is she often monopolizing the attention of a group of customers when there isn't anyone else in the club?

yea def annoying!!! I'm working at this smaller dive place now where this same waitress always trys to hustle the guys I'm sitting with every weekend. She usuallu only gets dances with those guys that only want extras so I'm def thinking she's doing shit back there. I can't stand her bc she came up to me on a slow sat night trying to tell me how to be a successful stripper LOL I simply said in an icy tone "honey, I think I'm doing just fine." She always brings other dancers up with her to customers that already have a girl sitting there with them, I think it's soo fucking rude but I don't wanna start fights & get fired from the only place to work around here.

The club I'm working at right now has some waitresses like this, it's definitely irritating. One came up to my regular tonight and gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek... then she put his arm around her waist and was rubbing his back. He's loyal to me (for now!) but it's ridiculous when they interrupt a hustle. This one in particular when she's waiting on my room will be like 'I love tits mmm' and feel up on me and hug me and stuff. We are totally not friends but I don't want to start shit with anyone. Awkward! I don't know how to tell her to back off because she's SO aggressive and acts like she deserves to be like that. Weird. Any advice, Shanna?

At my club we have a waitress who acts like this. She will sit with guys, sometimes for ten or fifteen minutes! Obviously her hanging out with guys takes away possible money for dancers, which is really annoying. Plus shes not really doing her job. Shes a terrible waitress and everyone knows it too.
The thing I hate the most is when she "tries" to twerk and get on satellite stages if theyre not being used.
I know multiple girls have complained to management, and its pretty clear they dont care very much.

One of my BIGGEST pet peeves is girls who aren't dancers trying to act like they are. Leave the dancing up to the professional dancers and you do your job of bringing people drinks.

Ugh gross. They totally sound like the stereotypical "Waitress because I'm afraid to actually dance for whatever reason". Everybody wants a piece of the pie though... grr.

Miss dk, can you just pull her aside and tell her it's weird and to please stop?

Honestly I think at the clubs I've worked in these girls would get basically hazed out by the dancers... just make them miserable to the point that they leave.

    That would piss me off...

I know that everyone is there to hustle to some degree and bring home good $$$ however I feel like that's so invasive. You're basically stealing attention and money from the women who fully expose themselves for those bills.

Maybe interrupt her hustle and try to give her a taste of her own medicine?

I would make this top hustler my best friend. She is banking & yet keeping her clothes on, learn how to hustle from her.

She is making customers happy & keeps them coming back of course the manager doesn't mind.

Don't be mad cause she is upping the game. Obviously she knows who has money & who has black amex cards. She would be my best friend & tipping her out good for leads on custies with $$$.

My best friend used to be the top money maker in the stripclubs with me 20 years ago. Even now when we go out to regular clubs, she can't help but hustle & we walk out with never paying for a drink & money in our pockets for just hanging out with men. She cracks me up. We go into a strip club, fully dressed no dances, just go in with her uncle she will walk out with $1000 & the dancers all making double what they usually do.

Top hustlers like that need to be your BEST FRIEND to learn from in my opinion.

    Smooches,
    Sam

are the guys just going for her because she's the "unattainable waitress"? because that's a hustle you just can't emulate unless you too become a waitress. her interrupting you with other customers is just plain rude, scummy, and desperate-looking. ignore her and up your game, do NOT let her get you down in front of customers you just keep hustlin along and nvm her
