Question Husband works from home- how to deal

I have a challenge: working from home, while my husband also works from home.
The pros: he has his own office. Ususally doesn't bother me between 9-5 Specifically, my questions are:, how do you successfully cam, and maintain a work/home life balance, while your spouse is working from home? What is the best way to maintain your personal boundaries in the way of physical space, and also respecting each other's TIME. I.e. him not barging in while I am in a private show, announcing he is getting dinner, random questions, etc.
How to fairly share pet duties? Should we trade off every other day on who lets dog out?
At this point its been just myself caring for the dog all day while he works in his home office 9-5.
The cons: My "cam room" is literally empty. The bedroom is in between my cam room and his office upstairs. So imagine every time he walks to use the restroom, he would pass me on the bed camming- annoying. :? I just need a little privacy to cam.
Now, I tried camming on the floor, of my cam room but that shit hurts after like 20 mins- sore legs! I do need to get a small desk/bean bag/futon something! What do you all suggest?
and we have to make this work without driving each other crazy. Side note I've got a job serving right now @ a bar in dallas so I do get out of the house. I dont really have money for any other furniture yet, but I am going to start dancing next week hopefully to supplement cam money.

Maybe if you tell him your set schedule he'll know not to bother you during those times your camming? Sorry if I'm a bit confused on what advice you're asking for.

Would soundproofing your room a bit help to ease the situation? We've got a few threads about soundproofing with neighbors and roommates. Maybe having some sound barriers with the door and walls might work so you're not distracting each other.

My husband doesn't work from home but I often work while he is home. I keep my phone on silent and glance at it every so often when not in shows. We decide on when to eat or things like that through text. However, he totally understands if I don't stick to the schedule it's cause a show is taking longer than expected.

In terms of taking dogs out to pee, ya'll could just take turns...he should definitely not barge in during a show...that's just bad for business. If he needs to pass by your camspace to access other areas, can he do it behind the computer?

Mine works from home. I kinda took over his office for camming because it was smaller and it is the only room with an overhead light. We moved his out to the would-be spare bedroom. So no bad there.

He kinda works around my schedule, because his words exactly "It's hard hearing you during your shows and not wanting to beat off." If he does have to finish up a deadline and work during my shifts, he listens to music with his headphones that are a beast and cancel out all sound. Sometimes he pops into watch, but I don't mind.

We communicate through Google Talk while I work. If it's super important, he will get onto my custie account and tell me on chat invisible.

We have the same problem with our dog. What we did was schedule his walks.
    -7:30 me
    -10:00 him
    -1:00 me
    -5:00 him
-8:00 us together on a long walk
-10:00 who ever is still up.

How about getting a chaise lounge or camming in an open closet? I hated always camming from my chair so I would sit on the floor in front of my closet that had enough light from above and pointed another light towards me. I put a pretty small carpet under me and a blanket to save my bum from pain. Then I added throw pillows, and a sheer black curtain behind me so they really couldn't tell where I was. Is that an option?

My partner also works from home, and we live in a small apartment in which if someone wants to go to the bathroom, they have to pass through the bedroom (my camming space).

Neither of us have a set work schedule, but when I'm working, I just tell him what times I'm working till and we both keep Facebook open. If he wants to use the bathroom, he messages me over Facebook and when I'm ready (basically any time I'm not in private), he can pass through and use the toilet. It can be tricky at first, but it's easily workable. I don't have any issue with him coming through when I'm working and neither does he - the main thing is really down to communication, and having the means of possible communicating if needs be whilst working. He can also Facebook me for anything else, like if he's going out, or wants to tell me anything else. Then I can just see the "(1)" for the message on my tab that has Facebook open and check when I can.

The way I have my set-up means that if he passes by, he won't be anywhere in the shot, so my room are none the wiser that someone else has just passed by. I used to just cam on the bed, with my laptop on a small bedside table, and my cam set on a chair in front of my bed. That worked best I think. Now I have a proper desk for camming, with a good light set up etc etc, but I think I actually prefer it the other way!
