    Great success for non-US ACH payees. We had some negotiations and non-US models can use MP wallet to pay direct deposit to TW and Canadian cross-border checking. Instructions will be on the dashboard shortly.

    UK and Canada especially are good now.

    I got my first MassPay deposit the other day, everything is working smoothly! I love getting paid at noon now instead of having to wait until midnight when all of the stores and everything are closed. I really appreciate Katy and everyone at Boleyn for handling this so quickly, I was really only without pay for a few days while I set up CosmoPay, and then I only had to use CosmoPay for less than a week. What happened with Veem was really unfortunate, but seeing as how most companies in this industry (looking at you PornHub and AVN Stars) love to just leave models high and dry with no info on what is going on with our money, it was nice to see a company actually working hard to make this right and keep us updated.

    I just reopened my account with camcontacts and they use masspay but they said to just let them know my email and that when their first payment gets sent over, that it would send me an activation link. But you are saying I go there and just sign up and can verified ahead of time? You would be using the same email address as them.....

    I'm so confused cause even when I go to the webpage it says.... However, if you do need an account, there’s still nothing that needs to be done in advance. An account will be created for you automatically and you will be notified to activate it upon receipt of the first payout.

    So I just can log in to SM and as soon as I make enough money, Boleyn will send my first payment and I activate it?

    No, you cannot sign up ahead of time and accounts are only made when we pay you. They aren't in the business of managing retail accounts directly themselves.

    There's no need to go to any webpages until you get the link...after we (or another business using MP) pays you.


    Yes, you work, we pay, that first payment creates your payment account with us (using MP's tools and currently hosted by them), then you receive an invite to access your funds.

    Update:

    Got the email to setup the account at 12:32 pm today. Got approved within 2 minutes. My funds were already there waiting for me and the instant pay was truly instant with no hassle. I LOVE MASSPAY!

    So far it appears that way. We will keep backup systems in the wings (in our scramble for solutions, we may have signed up for a lot of things), but this one is the clear winner for a number of reasons. Their system literally checks every box on our wish list and they solve soooo many headaches for us and the models. Our support now has a lot of time to focus on the fewer people having issues.

    We're already making plans to keep building on it.

    We'll retain Paxum and Cosmo front and center as well.

    got mine too, 8 days after applying and even after all that they want more info and say it could be 2 to 3 business days, so anyone applying should allow 10 days to 2 weeks before even getting access. I'll probably never use them since Masspay is so much better but I also went ahead and did it for a backup.

    No weekend payments, but we are adjusting the holiday schedule where we'll still work most banking holidays.

    I never got an approval email (I made sure to check my spam folder too), but when I login to my Cosmo account there’s no notice saying that they’re still reviewing my documents, so I’m assuming I got approved too?

    I just realized this Monday coming up is a holiday, so no payments will be sent in the afternoon that day correct? Only on Tuesday in the afternoon?

    How long does it take to get the MP email you for the first time you switch to MP? I didn’t get one even though I made the 60 minimum? Should I switch to back direct deposit and it will it be in my account instantly? I haven’t cammed in months so now I’m back with an empty dashboard saying I have no earnings for October even though I made some money ��

    Funds are recorded and paid in the morning, around 10-11am. We update every penny that we see.

    It takes just a few seconds from the time we pay you to receive the invite.

    Right now it makes no difference whether you select the Wallet or Direct Deposit in our system, both are paid out via the MP wallet currently. The only small difference is that selecting MP wallet will allow you to reduce your minimum to $10. We'll be cleaning this up shortly.

    If you have funds that aren't paid over $60, you need to check your payment method and minimum amount.

    Just FYI for anyone reading through here, never make duplicate accounts in our system or your earnings may go to your other accounts.

    You only ever need one account with us, and more can lead to issues with getting your pay on time. If you lose access to your email, contact our support and we'll help you out.

    Again, never make a second account in our system.

    With regulatory requirements, every site you work with needs fresh documentation directly from you. Streamate (all sites really) changed things in recent years so studios can't do it themselves, even if they wanted to.

    I understand people's reluctance with this (and also puzzled the other way by people that happily upload everything and then run away). Understand that the adult industry runs on partnerships. Abusing the ID requirements in any way is a fast way for an adult business to become a pariah among their peers, and opens them up to all kinds of legal issues. It also irreparably harms your reputation among talent/performers. It's not something any legitimate business is keen to do.

    Katy showed me my issue was because I had another account I forgot about. I initally asked about this situation on here because I thought it mustve been a little bit delayed in the processing time but it had nothing to do with the processing time: The money went into my first account.

    (background info: I started camming back in 2017 and forgot the login, got a full time job offer i couldnt refuse, and then made a new account back in May. Totally my fault to assume my account was closed to inactivity and it would be fine to make a new account. *facepalms*)

    Even though I haven’t cammed for long I’m grateful to be a part of BM! I never had any real issues with my account - only this one and it was because of my mistake. Thank you Katy and BM staff for helping me

    Finally got my account figured out and I LOVE Masspay! Got my paycheck by 6am this morning and was able to instantly transfer my earnings from yesterday today. I don't think I'll use Instant Transfer that often but it really comes in handy for Fridays when I would normally have to wait until the following business day to get my paycheck (or on days when I sleep in and forget to do Same Day Deposit before the cutoff lol)

    After all of the issues we've had since September, it's such a relief to have a safe, stable solution that makes payouts even easier than they were before!
