For Russia, Payoneer (and maybe Paxum) are the only options. Money wires to Russia involve a lot of scrutiny due to sanctions, and we'd prefer not to deal with that.
We fully understand a healthy amount of paranoia (especially when they really could be out to get you), but due to our "daily pay" business model, we also need to be very strict with enforcement of our anti-fraud measures. This means a lot of automatic filtering of people contacting us that go out of their way to hide their identity (example - using throwaway or burner email addresses and twitter accounts when talking to us). We have no way of knowing if their intentions are good or bad.
