Hello!
My name is Jen and I'm a retired stripper, current camgirl, and a regular frequenter of SW.
I'm currently building content for an as-of-yet-unnamed food website that a major publication is launching in January, and I really want to do a series of interviews with sugar babies about their crazy dining experiences. They'll be sort of in the vein of "restaurant reviews," as in, "tell me about the weirdest time a sugar daddy took you on a dinner date," but what I really want to get at is the role that food plays in the very convoluted language of courtship between a SD and SB.
My interest in sex worker journalism comes from a place of respect and wanting to hear your stories, because anyone who's spent a few minutes on SW knows that you ladies have incredible stories. I want to be sensitive to the risks of commodifying (trendifying? objectifying?) sex workers in writing, and I'm very interested in taking any necessary steps to avoid that kind of objectification.
Is this something any of you are interested in? The interviews will be short and totally anonymous, obviously. I realize that not all of you are sugar babies/escorts but wanted to reach out anyway. Please let me know if you're at all into it and we can discuss via email?
Cheers,
Jen
