Default What Would You Have Done?

The other night, I went back to the CR with a couple of guys and another dancer. My guy was really drunk, and about halfway through the hour, he saw another dancer walk by and decided he wanted her too, so he also paid her to stay for an hour. Well, turns out that this girl was apparently an extras girl, and she started dancing for my guy while making out with him and putting her hand in his pants. Although I know extras happen in my club, the dancers are generally fired if caught, and this was my first experience in a situation like this. I wanted to just leave, but didn't want to have to give back half the money he already paid me in case I got caught slipping out early, which I have seen happen to other girls. So I just kinda awkwardly tried to stay and do a clean dance for him, but it was REALLY uncomfortable. What would you ladies have done?

i would have told her "NO FUCKING WAY, not with me in the room" and left and NOT given him his money back. if he complains, well then guess what? you can explain why you left to the manager.

Depending on the type of club you're in what you did might have been best. I've worked in a really heavy drug/extra environment and experienced extras girls in the CR. You don't know what happens behind the scenes and maybe would put your job on the line.

If you had told either could've happened :
Girl gets fired and never comes back. Everyone just bad mouths her and life goes on
She gets fired and has friends, her friends haze you badly
She doesn't get fired and gets a 'warning' and you are hazed, possibly to the point of not being friends with literally anyone in the club.
Our culture is not 'narc friendly' and there will still be extras-girls at your club. That was the main deciding factor for me.

You don't know how much money she makes, you don't know if she's banging a manager. A lot of clubs have dirty girls that are very discreet and they usually work there for a long long time. When there are other girls that never show up to work and make drama (not calling you one, but there are usually more problem girls than behaved girls) maybe the management really just likes having someone there for 5 shifts a week at the same time. I know a lot of dirty girls and they will usually walk out with a shitload of money. More money for them = more money for the club, and that's really what it's all about.

Maybe I am in the minority on stripperweb, but most of the cities I've worked in don't have a lot of options for places to work. Usually 2-4 clubs, and sometimes half of them I wouldn't be hired at because I'm white. This puts me in a touch predicament. Why would the manager fire a girl that has worked for him for 4 years because I "said" she was doing something?

I think sometimes it is best to not take the high road, and just let things run their natural course. I still work with the 2 girls I was in the room with, we don't work together at all, we don't speak but I am not here to take anyone's life away. I don't know who you were in a room with but in my room I knew for sure at least one used heroin regularly and it's not my place to make her life harder. Live and let live - there is usually plenty of other money. I came to feeling this way after being angry "girls shouldn't do extras, they are taking my money, they are corrupting customers into being dirty" but to be honest there is no way she would've been fired and I would've been pushed out and never able to work here again.

In my personal experience, the clubs that act the cleanest are the most political. And the clubs that are more dirty will fire extras girls, usually when they are caught by management (they know it's going on, too risky, they bust in her room because they know it's happening). Usually this is to make an example, and other girls keep on keepin' on.

I'm sure lots of other people will have a different opinion than I do but I just wanted to share how I feel because I think sometimes it's just not worth it. You know how your club is, though and I don't. So really you can only trust what you feel & think about why you didn't say anything.

That's a really tough spot! I always try to avoid doing doubles with girls I don't know to not have to deal with situations like that, but I guess there's not much you can do when your client points to a girl and insists on her.

On the one hand, I would be totally speechless and inclined to just awkwardly putz about in the CR, but I would also be incredibly worried about a bouncer seeing what was up and being guilty by association. It would really depend on the club, I guess, what I would have done. Current club? Walk out. I know security would have my back. Dirty club with rampant extras and management/secruity that turns a blind eye? Probably what you did.

This happened to me, just the other week. I confronted the dancer (an ex friend, now) about it instantly and basically said politely and quietly what Toeofthecamel wrote so that the customer didn't hear (it's not his fault, he just "got lucky" with his choice). As expected, she said "It's ok. Everyone does it!". She wasn't doing "extras", she was letting him kiss, stuck and touch her though (which is an extra for this club-its' a VERY clean, open club that allows NO touching and NO BODY does it either). Luckily the customer was nice, just confused as to why she did xyz and I didn't. I ended up excusing myself with something stupid like, "My time is up, they need me on the stage now. Thank you, I'll see you two later" and leaving. He didn't want/ask for a refund and didn't care that I had left either (after all, I was "ruining" their fun).

Go to management! I regret not going to head office about it (I told management about it, but they don't directly hire and fire etc) but, like I said, she was a friend and she was drunk-so stupidly I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After a "stern chat" and being watched by management/the other dancers this girl has cleaned up her act. But most don't!-Go to management and let other girls know also-it's not gossiping, it's just gathering witnesses lol (if more ppl notice and complain, management will take it seriously, unless it's the kind of club where this is overlooked etc)!

Honestly, idk what kind of club I'm in, which is probably the main reason why I didn't say anything. I'm one of those terribly naive people who never notices anything, so it seems fairly clean to me, but I've seen a review on it by a dancer who used to work there that makes some pretty strong statements to the contrary. I like Written in the Skye's idea, and may try that next time, depending on which manager is working.

PS - The funny part is that I actually made more off that guy than she did, since he paid me in cash and her in funny money, of which the club takes 15 percent.
