    Default 2014 New Year Resolutions!!

I don't know if there is a thread for this already, but I thought I'd start one if not.

    I have a few resolutions for 2014;

    1. Staying consistent with my daily workouts. I did fairly good most of 2013 with the exception of two months, but I want to stay on top of it next year.

    2. Getting my depression under control (it was why I missed that time at the gym). I've been researching counselors in my area that might be affordable and helpful to my state of mind. I wanna be able to cope with some issues or emotions in a healthy manner.

    3. Cutting out most unnecessary sweets. I have a hardcore sweet tooth and while I curbed it quite a bit this year, I still can and want to do better next year.

    4. Financially and career wise get back on track. Getting my bills under control will help alleviate some of my depression, and I've been putting my résumé out there again to reputable companies I'd be interested in working for.

    5. Try to be the best "me" I can be.

I'd love to hear everyone's resolutions!

Yes I have some resolutions too that I would like to share.

1.) I am changing my job so want to start a fresh with great zeal and vigor on the new job.
2.) I now want to marry my boyfriend this year so I am going to talk to my parents about it.
3.) My tummy has become somewhat fatty so thinking of workout. So will try my best for it.
4.) One of the most important resolution is that I will save a lot of money this year so that I can gift a holiday package to my parents.

Hope I will get all this done soon

    1. Start (and finish)my Intro to Psychology as a Science class.

    2. Get back into dancing while remembering that it is on my terms and that no one attracts everyone. Essentially, don't get so ripped up about the "no's" again.

    3. Keep a diary, if only as a temporary solution to my thoughts and issues until further action can be taken.

    4. Actually forgive my ex for the things he did and move on with life.

    5. Get back to the happy, sexy, confident lady I was prior to this year.

For 2014, here are my PLANS (vs. "hopes". Make no mistake, these goals WILL happen):
    1. Establish and maintain a regular high-intensity exercise schedule
    2. Drink less
    3. Work more frequently (and work smarter+harder)
    4. Appear more cool, calm and collected - rather than ever appearing flustered
    5. Buy an investment property
    6. Set measurable goals regularly (this is probably the most important of them all)
    7. Eat no processed foods (or as little as possible)
    8. Talk more, listen less! Yep, I need to share more of my life with others because I am in the habit of holding things back and I don't want to sell myself short
~ wow, it feels so good to actually type this out. Thanks, OP
