Default Reviews - I'm curious; how do you handle these?

Hi all, I didn't see this in any recent post, so I thought I'd ask.
In any line of work, how do you ladies handle reading reviews about your services, appearance, etc. without getting caught up? Is it just a thick skin? I wonder because I see reviews on TER (I'm a dancer but I read both the stripping and escort sections) and some of these guys can be pretty scathing or at the very least brutally honest. I'm quite sensitive, so if I saw someone describing me in an unflattering light I think I'd be pretty shaken! Any opinions or tips? Do you read or ignore your reviews? Thanks in advance!

My advice is not to read them. Ever.

^I so very much agree with Chloe 100%. She is the one that made me realize how it is stupid to look at it and i am very glad she did...I used to torture myself by reading them, and now I have no idea what they say and it makes things soooo much better. Don't ever get offended by what these guys write..."She was way hotter than my wife, but there was 2 microscopic spots of cellulite on her left outer thigh. Also, I am really mad that she didn't look me in the eyes and make out with me profusely in the first 2 seconds upon my entrance. How very un-GFE of her. Now, I can't wait to go home, and spend about an hour to write a review with a girl I paid to bang. I have to tell all the boys an exact play by play! Yeah!" *sarcasm* he m

LOL..seriously though, reading them will make you start to resent the business eventually....just get in, get out, collect the money, and don't think about work until you get your next call. It is not worth thinking about when you are NOT working

How do you tend to handle it when the client gives you their own "review" of other providers during a booking?

I do body rubs and some clients literally give me a run down on who else they have booked previously and get really critical of them or say things like "You can't trust anyone in the sex industry.. (Except them of course). Eye roll...

It makes my skin crawl!! I don't care what they say behind my back particularly, most likely the same old things but I don't want a part of it.

I've only read my reviews once when I was bored at my customers house and he let me use his log in. Curiosity got the best of me I was more disgusted by the way men talked about me like a blow up doll than offended by anything critical they said of me.

Even though most girls encourage guys to review them I've been contemplating adding a 'no review' policy to my website. It helps business in some ways but theirs to major ways I noticed it hurts it too. 1. Some men are overly critical of your appearance if you are good looking and their an overweight slob. If their well known on the board men will believe them. 2. Men exaggerate (I've had guys write that they made me cum 6 times and they came 3 times IN ONE HOUR). This makes men disappointed when they see me and this doesn't happen for them.

I have read my video reviews and they are interesting to read. No reviews on this part yet. So far the ones that I have met do not write reviews.
