What's your blood type? Do you notice certain foods agree with you more than others?
I'm a Type AB-
Supposedly I shouldn't really eat meat. And coincidentally (or not?), I feel best avoiding meat and dairy.

Type A I think. The foods that most disagree w/ me are mainly high-sugar or just too much carbs at once, but I think that's more b/c I have diabetic/blood sugar issues in my family than b/c of my blood type. The exception to this is fruit -- I have yet to feel like I have 'OD'd' on fruit but I just rarely find it filling. Almost feels like I process it too quickly.

Type O Negative, a rarer type.

Type O positive here

I have a friend. She had B+, but she got into really bad car accident so her blood turned B-.

I'm O negative.
Kinda interesting:
Type O blood: A high-protein diet heavy on lean meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, and light on grains, beans, and dairy. D'Adamo also recommends various supplements to help with tummy troubles and other issues he says people with type O tend to have.
Type A blood: A meat-free diet based on fruits and vegetables, beans and legumes, and whole grains -- ideally, organic and fresh, because D'Adamo says people with type A blood have a sensitive immune system.
Type B blood: Avoid corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts, and sesame seeds. Chicken is also problematic, D'Adamo says. He encourages eating green vegetables, eggs, certain meats, and low-fat dairy.
Type AB blood: Foods to focus on include tofu, seafood, dairy, and green vegetables. He says people with type AB blood tend to have low stomach acid. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoked or cured meats.

I'm O negative as well. I never looked into what diets are best for what blood types. I didn't even know that was a thing. Interesting! Where have you guys read stuff on this?
Comparing myself to what OliveJardin posted, I do tend to avoid grains and dairy because they don't agree with my stomach.

I'm O positive and have been lacto-ovo vegetarian for a couple years. I had blood work done recently and it came out perfectly. Haven't notice any changes either (positive or negative). I'll update when I go mostly vegan.

I don't even know my blood type... is that weird?

A- and that diet would kill me, I haven't been sick in ages and I eat quite a bit of fish and red meat.

^Same, apparently O's commonly have tummy troubles (I know I do, but it would be interesting to know how accurate the "eat right for your blood type" book is). I think that if you listen to your body properly, you eat right for "you". At least these "diets" encourage healthy eating. But, mine was spot on and I do tend to eat for my blood type, accidentally anyway (i.e. I avoid dairy, grains and red meat due to allergies and tummy issues).

I am O- as well, and omg the tummy problems! All the time! They've become more exacerbated as I've come out of my teens into my twenties, to the point where I think I am accidentally altering my diet as well...have learned by now to avoid large quantities of dairy and physically can't consume large quantities of wheat products anymore. There could be something to this...

I'm O neg as well and always thought my stomach issues were from my ulcers and lactose intolerance.... huh. I never thought to put these two together. I guess the Paleo diet I just switched to not to long ago is perfect for this.
