    Default Paperwork question

What is the minimum amount of paperwork you should be required to fill out? I'm just trying not to leave a paper trail since eventually I would like to be a nurse or teacher.

    Thanks ladies!

i would suggest no paper trail just to be safe. there's stuff out there in dollar den about it, and tons of other threads..i've never worked in a place where they even knew my real name or EVER an ss number. something like teaching or nursing you don't want sex work on your record, and a lot of them do some rigorous background checks..maybe im paranoid, but better safe than sorry

I'm the exact same way. I'm trying to peg down a club in the dayton area with no paperwork.

It varies by club. Some don't even card the girls and others get all the information they possibly can. Given your career ambitions, you definitely want to work in a little hole in the wall club that doesn't take down any information and doesn't pay anything out to dancers (ie. no credit card purchases for VIP/CR or funny money).

Yeah, I've worked in one club where they make you fill out tons of agreements and take down tax info, and one club where I literally showed them my driver's license and they stuck me onstage. You should still be able to find a club that requires minimal paperwork even though a lot of clubs are taking down more info now. I don't like having my paperwork on file, but I take it as a necessary evil to work in most of the clubs with VIP rooms and funny $$.

Two clubs I've worked at just looked at my ID and that was fine, one club photocopied my ID and kept it in their filing cabinet and when I quit the club they gave me the photocopy to take with me.

I know some clubs want your SSN and a full application etc - that's fine if it's their thing but I'd rather find another club than do that.

I have been chatting with a manager of a local club via Facebook. He sent me the following:

The contract actually is confidential bylaw I have to keep it for two years that it is shredded what the contract states is no one is allowed to know your personal information you as a leasee go buy a pseudonym name Aka your dad's name that's all information that can be put out it actually protects your identity in cases such as that as for taxes your response water set for all your taxes all your taxes and we report no paperwork to the tax services

Does this sound like a good option given my circumstances?

^^^ yes if the club manager is being accurate in his statements. However, since January 1st, the ACA now requires ALL businesses to make 1099 reports to the IRS for payments made to other businesses ( i.e. clubs paying cash to dancers stemming from customer credit card charges, funny money cash-ins, clubs taking a 'cut' of customer VIP and/or private dance payments then paying the balance to dancers etc. ). So what the club manager told you is in conflict with the requirements of the ACA ( ObamaCare ) law.

Issuing those 1099's requires that the club know your real name, address, and social security number. And once those 1099's are filed with the IRS, they can show up in a future in-depth background check linking the name an adult industry business with your personal identity having received payments from that adult industry business.
