Hey ladies,
It's been a few days since my last shift and I'm dragging my feet going in tonight. I've been really sick and haven't eaten in three/four days. I feel depressed, anxious and completely unmotivated. I guess my question for you all is how do you hype yourself up for work again when you've taken time off? I guess for me things would be different if I felt 100%.
