I'm curious as to how my fellow dancers in Az due on average so I can determine if I'm doing well myself... How much do you usually make a day??

You can't go by what others are making For example I strictly travel dance. I've traveled to places known for making big money but I was averaging double of some of the girls I travel with and visa versa some nights. Just like for example in your club there is always going to be the top 3% making 700 plus and then theirs the girls making 3-500 and then theirs girls who average 2-3 on a good night and a really good night is 5. It will always be this way. Some girls don't have the potential to be in the top 3%. With that said it also depends on where you work etc.
^So true. Pareto principle is always at work in the club --- 20% of the girls make 80% of the money, and they're often the same girls over and over.
Comparing earnings is just impossible to do well with so many variations even within the same city -- different clubs, different shifts, different lengths of time at the club, different clientele, different amount of regulars, different amount of girls on shift as well, etc., etc. There just is no meaningful average.
OP, if you are happy with your earnings and they provide more than enough for you to live on, they are good. There is no need to compare them against someone else's to find out if they're good or not. Everyone can improve, so if you feel like you could be doing better, go on over to Hustle Hut to pick up a few tips for your next shift.

Try to get into a club that has 30-60 minute VIP shows available. How many dances do you sell on an average night? In AZ a lot of the clubs only charge $10 per song. How many dances will you need to be able to sell to meet you usual goal? When I danced in Phoenix several years ago, selling the $10 dances was simple. But the customers expected a lot for their $10. After doing 20-30 of these dances I was worn out physically and emotionally. I just decided it was too much work for the money and went to Las Vegas instead.

What everyone else said.
If you are trying to compare your sales skills to other girls.... here's my long detailed bit about that:
Something to think about when you compare your earnings is your specific club and its fees and busy times of day, versus what you work... Higher house fees and tipouts cut into your profit, so your take-home may be a LOT less than your revenue and not accurately reflect your sales skills. You can have sold 20 dances but came in at 10pm and thus paid a $60 house fee plus $25 in tipouts, leaving you with $115 which is peanuts, but not accurate at ALL when it comes to how well you are selling... you just had to give nearly 50% back to the club!
It's even hard to compare if you calculate it down to an hourly rate. Examples with Christie's house fees and busy times: Girl A might come in at 11am and pay $20 in house/tipouts, but have to stay until 7 to make $200, so her hourly at that point is $22.50 BUT she likely sold 1 or 2 dances to every guy in the place. If Girl B comes in at 9pm on a Friday, pays $75 in house/tipouts, and makes $200 by midnight, that puts her hourly at $42, BUT she had a packed club and likely got shot down a lot... Who's the better sales person? I would guess Girl A.
So there really is no way to compare. If you feel you're being paid what you're worth and can live on it comfortably, that's what matters.
