I've been trying to increase my time on cam but I keep getting really sleepy so I'm having a hard time. Other than power naps and massive amounts of caffeine, how do you keep up the energy to cam for long periods of time? I've tried splitting up my shifts in to smaller ones but I find I make more money for some reason if I do longer stretches. Like, I could cam for two 4 hour shifts and not make as much as if I cammed for 8 hours straight.
I've heard B12 can be good but I'm wondering if there are other things that make you feel better.

It's been pretty disheartening being as I've tried to be more entertaining in free chat, but it never always pays off for me nowdays. I can still be entertaining in free chat and not reach my goals.

I bought them at walmart. It would also be a good idea to get your blood work done if you have done it in the past couple of months. I exercise about once a week and do about thirty minutes of cardio when i work out. I agree with glamour milf. Stay hydrated! Water,tea or a light roast coffee. Small amounts of caffeine are better than large amounts to avoid a crash. Hope this helps!
