I wasn't sure which section to post this in, so excuse me if I put it in the wrong place. So here's my situation. I lost a little over 100 LBS. I am completely happy with my weight, but now I've got a bunch of excess skin left over from being heavier. Are there any exercises that would help to tone up the excess skin? Or would I need surgery for that? And does anyone know... if insurance companies would cover this type of surgery? Thanks in advance![]()
