hello! i thought this might be a helpful thread to start. i did do a search for similar threads and did not find any so i apologize if i happened to overlook one. anyway a trend of anxiety, depression, paranoa & panic attack seems to be plaguing myself and other ladies in all our various industries. whether it be romantic issues, money issues or just overall life i know that when these feelings hit you it can be very hard to overcome them. i recently found a pretty quick [just 10 minute] guided meditation video i have fallen in love with and wanted to share. i was curious if anyone else had any tips, tricks, videos, whatever that they use to help them during times of stress. it's so important to keep ourselves as emotionally and mentally beautiful as we keep our physical self. so here is my new fave video and i will gladly keep posting new ones as i find them.hope this helps someone like it helped me.
