Default The long distance runners of mexico- a recipe for their meals

    http://www.nomeatathlete.com/tarahum...-chia-recipes/

    • 1/2 cup cornmeal, ground as fine as possible
    • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1 Tbsp brown sugar, honey, or agave nectar
    • chia seeds (optional)
Toast the cornmeal in a skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until it turns light brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, mix in cinnamon, and sweetener or other spices, and desired amount of water (see below).
    - See more at: http://www.nomeatathlete.com/tarahum....BNQ0Mizc.dpuf alternatively.. you can bake it at 360 for a brownie texture... This would be really convienent for trail running or snack at the club

or you could just skip the corn [which is in everything] and eat the chia seeds
The only way to get rid of a temptation is to indulge in it...

~I have no roots. I stay away from groups and communities. I wander, an itinerant lone wolf. I have nowhere to go back to. I either burn the bridges or keep walking. I never look back. I detach and vanish. In my mind, I am not human. I am a machine at the service of a madman that snatched my body and invaded my being when I was very young~

I've read that the chia seeds are better then the cornmeal too- but I guess if you can't find them at your store cornmeal would be the 2nd best choice
