Hey guys, I was going to try and just get an answer through the chat but the chat window wasn't popping up. I've been having major internet problems the last few days (first it was really slow, then it wouldn't connect at all). Hellen has been able to connect no problem.
What I've done to try and fix whatever it is:
unplug and re-plug in the router (duh)
troubleshoot and re-install chrome (thought it could maybe just be a browser issue and chrome is what I use)
disabled and then re-enabled the internet drivers through my control panel after using my phone to look for a solution on google
as I'm typing this I'm finishing up a system restore to see if that fixes it.
I called Shaw and they said that the levels coming into my house were 'poor' and it could possibly be due to a faulty cable, so I went and snagged a new cable to connect the router to the port and changed out the cables today.
Suggestions please!
