There's soooooo many, but if I must narrow it down....

    LOST, above all things.

My So Called Life, as it is the first show I remember truly anticipating all week. Extremely important to my formative years.

-Beverly Hills 90210 because I know more trivia about it than anyone.

Oh Yeah, Jesse^^, Forgot to mention Californication. it is an accurate depiction of trying to date in L.A. The men are exactly like that! (Please don't comment that they are not at all like that if You haven't been living there for over 20 years, with 2 marriages, and dated hundreds of guys). This was my own experience.

Breaking Bad, Dexter and Weeds were a favorite of mine along with Game of Thrones. I still watch True Blood but I'm not sure why. True Detective is not working for me but Spartacus was a favorite for obvious reasons!

Yes but he physically looks awful in this series. The last episode actually moved a little bit with the raid.

Yea I don't wanna give up on the series just yet. Waaay too slow. But the last episode will hopefully be a turnaround.

I WATCH TOO MUCH TV. But oh well. I like to think it helps with my writing. Gonna go check out Peaky Blinders in a bit.

Ok, earlier I posted the main all time faves. However, in the last 5ish years, there have been sooooo many great shows that I have almost no space on the dvr from week to week. AND...the internet has made it impossible to not watch something RIGHT AWAY... getting on FB or tumblr can lead to massive spoilers the next day, ya know, and the options on Netflix/AmazonPrime/HBOgo make it soooo easy to binge watch entire an entire series too.

So more recently the top ones are/have been:
    -Mad Men
    -Breaking Bad
-Party Down - sooooo good, shouldn't have been only on Starz or whatever....
-Game of Thrones (the books are sooooo much better, I swear.)
    -The Walking Dead
-American Horror Story (in order: 3rd season, 1st season, no need to watch most of 2nd season, unfortunately)
    -Downton Abbey
-Arrested Development (the original series, I was a bit underwhelmed with the Netflix recent one)
    -House of Cards
-Orange is the New Black (once you get past the first, kinda pretentious episode)
    -The Sopranos
-For personal family related reasons, Seinfeld....always
-Top Chef (ok, srsly, i watch way too many Bravo reality shows but this one at least has some talent required.)
-Weeds and Dexter started off great and then went downhill. Weeds particularly....too outlandish in the end...
-Prob missing at least 2 that I'll have to edit in later.

---ETA: Gossip Girl. Yep. Judge me accordingly.

Sherlock, Dr Who, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, Justified, True Detective. Lots of comedy stuff like it's always sunny in philadelphia and archer also.

Sopranos was one of the best series I have ever watched. Might be the best. RIP James Gandolfini, he was was incredible as Tony.

    My two all-time favorites:
The Office (before Steve Carell left)
    The Big Bang Theory.
I LOVE both those shows and they genuinely make me happy. I own seasons 1-6 of Big Bang on dvd and seasons 2, 3, & 4 of The Office. I quote lines from both shows in my everday life (luckily my best friend also loves them so she gets it).

I also like Top Chef, and my guilty-pleasure show that I like is Bad Girls Club.

I loved that show when I was a teenager! I bought my best friend the first (and only) season of it for her 21st birthday as a sentimental gift because she used to love it too. Great show, so sad it was canceled so damn early.

Walking Dead, Game of Thrones & Breaking Bad were definitely the class of this past year.

Being a Canuck, I have to plug Lost Girl - yes it's not exactly high drama, but come on, it's awesome in the sci-fi hot-women (& men for those) show.

And yeah, barring the finale, Lost has to be an all-time classic. I'm dating myself by saying the most unappreciated cult show had to be Buffy (seriously).

Gotta repeat what people said about True Detective. Have to also give a HUGE shoutout for more "adult" tastes for both Hunted (HBO) - Melissa George was awesome in Season 1, and as another guilty pleasure, Banshee.
