Does anyone use the TRX or similar system for their every day workout? If so what is your favorite workout?

Admire her if you will, but imitate her never, said the parents to the enamored children.

I got the T25 video and really like it. I noticed results in two weeks. I haven't heard of TRX I will have to look into it.

The TRX is suspension training, a former Navy seal came up with it.

I go to TRX classes -ouch. I really like the RIP trainer (same maker) better.

Do you know of any moves to lift your butt? There are so many great upper body, core, and back moves but few butt and thigh.

one legged squats, jump squats, bridges, and crossover lunges. Hamstring curls are good too.

This site has a lot of great TRX exercises:

I use a TRX workout by Jim Karas in the Petite Advantage Plan. I love that it packs a big punch in a 30-minute workout. I do it every other day and it really builds core strength, which I really notice when I get on the pole. Even though it's in a book for petite women it will work for anyone because it's resistance training using your own body weight.
It includes progressions, and some move progressions include hand weights so I am upping that, but I am almost at the point where I'm going to need to tinker it with some Core Performance moves.
I also found some on Jim Karas's Vimeo, which is mostly promo stuff but does feature some workouts. This is my favorite exercise I got from there -- the single arm back row at :40 in this video http://vimeo.com/16381283, especially the progression he mentions where you drop your hip lower. I can also tell from pole work that it's built strength and range of motion in my rotator cuff.
Use and recommend them all the time. Have posted about them here various times in the past. See:

Will- the link didn't work
Switching it up to the vimeo kicked my butt. I'm going to start switching every week in a rotation so I don't plateau.

I am on the 4th week of the T-25 program. I love it but haven't noticed a lot of weight loss, but it does tone you up. It's a lot better than running on the elliptical machine, and if your like me and too lazy to go to the gym it's a great workout that will kick your ass.
