what's your body type and has it changed over the years? i used to always be a pear shape or "gynoid" where i only stored fat in my ass and thighs but i was very slim everywhere else..but now i store fat evenly ( except for my boobs!) and kind of look like a chunky 12 year old lately. i'm wondering if medications can alter where you store fat or your body type at all, or what you eat..but i was always under the impression that you cannot change your genetics or spot gain/lose any weight.

Anime fuckpuppet. In all seriousness I have to work like a demon to keep weight off. I'm half Mexican so I've got genetics working against me. I tend to carry weight in the most unflattering areas namely my gut. I don't have a high metabolism either and I'm short (5').

Before I was pregnant I was quite skinny and had a nice smaller bubble butt and small breasts with big areoloa lol. I gained 40 poounds when pregnant and stayed around my pregnancy weight. I didn't get any stretch marks except on my boobs oh and one on my side so small though you couldn't tell. Well now 4 years later I am 20 pounds heavier than my pregnancy weight I have 4 new stretch marks on my boobs and I have some new ones on my sides big ugly purple ones and I have love handles. I would say the body does change lol. I have a great ass though and some bigger boobs as a result but I am scared if i work out I will lose it all Good exercise and eating can help I am trying to exercise more now I need my body back

Well into my late teens I was rail thin,(under 100lbs) no hips or ass to speak of but with surprisingly big boobs. I'm now in my late 20's and I've filled out and have to curb my appetite because my metabolism has slowed down and I tend to gain weight in my middle section.

I've always been an hourglass shape with a tall, thin (not super thin) build.
I've noticed in the past year or two my butt is rounder than it was in the past and my thighs are more muscular. I attribute the changes to dancing for a really long time and definitely not weight gain. I have also noticed the curve in my back seems much more pronounced in the past few years too.

Whatever body type, it's going to be unpopular with some custies, popular with others. The Theory of Evolution proves that, if there was nobody out there who wanted to fuck a certain body type, it would have disappeared long ago.

I think many girls make the mistake of dropping their $$$ expectations too much because of a body change. I use to see an escort who had made the change from spinner to MILF, but just couldn't get comfortable with it. I tipped her an extra $120 every time, but still felt like I was shorting her.

well, i don't know of any guy who would turn down the slender hour glass type.. that seems to be the most attractive cross culturally through out time, but i guess you are right. i have never had the hourglass shape, so i'm not missing what i never had lol, i'm just a little shocked that my body type changed kind of drastically. not at all happy with gaining weight around the middle , but i don't want to lose the weight because i love my new ass and thighs

When I'm a lazy-ass who cooks with lots of oil and buys potato chips and drinks a six-pack a day and never works out on purpose, I'm a size 6 with a small gut and thick hips/thighs/ass. When I watch everything I eat and drink and go to the gym 3x a week, I'm a size 4 with a small gut and thick hips/thighs/ass, but a bit firmer all over. Really, the difference between doing whatever I want and treating being hot as my full-time job isn't great enough for it to really be worth it. I make the same money with a soft medium-sized butt as with a harder one.

For me nothing could EVER taste as good as being skinny feels. I'll take long term results over short term gratification any day. I've busted my ass too hard to fall back to eating like crap.

I have had the same experience as azaleanola. I only stress when I audition now.

When I was 19-22 I carried most of my weight in my lower body and face. As the years go by (I'm 26) I gain more weight in my stomach and love handles. Boobs might budge a cup size if I gain 50 lbs. I hate it, but what can you do, happens to a ton of women as you get older.

The medications that have made me fat are all atypical antipsychotics and old school sedating antidepressants (I've taken these for insomnia). Stay away!

My body type has always been athletic whether I danced or not. I put on muscle easy, but I can get squishy just as easily too if I don't remain physically active.

I guess the only difference for me from before dancing to now is instead if just being more bulky muscular/athletic, I've learned various exercises throughout the years that keep me athletic and toned, but more lean muscle than bulk muscle.

I've also learned how to counteract my slowing down metabolism as I get older (Ill be 30 this year).

i never consume any alcohol ( well the last two weeks i've had one drink, once a week), but i'm cutting out sugars right now. it also doesn't help that my stomach was stretched by being pregnant back when i was 108 pounds, one side is stretched out worse than the other :/
i have good muscles in my stomach, i have that little muscle line at the top just need to stop my sugar addiction

i've always been very skinny/weak and everyone in my family doesn't have good genetics or dietary habits. after lots of hard work and lifestyle changes I have a slim/athletic look, though my midsection is not hourglass, just straight.. I find that if I tightlace for a few hours I can achieve the hourglass figure a bit for the first half of my shift, but then it fills back out later... Or during my workout, I wear this garment that's basically a spanx that I bought from Target that fits like a tube topped one piece bathing suit -- I cut out the bottom half so it's just like a tight tube top, and it causes me to sweat CRAZY in the middle -- highly recommend.
Unsophisticated in the finest sense of the word.

I'm an hourglass but I gain weight poorly. If I'm just a little overweight, I have a gut and cellulite on the back of my legs and a droopy ass. It's really frustrating. I know some people will gain it in their ass or boobs first, I'm definitely not one of those lucky people. Medication has made me gain weight before but it's never changed the way I gain weight.

I usually stay in shape so people think it's effortless for me but it sure as hell is not. I'm kind of short 5'4" so 10 pounds is very noticeable on my frame. I have to really watch what I eat. If my diet isn't really good, there's no amount of exercise that will make up for it. I've had to learn that the hard way over the years.

Oh yeah, having a baby can change your body in crazy ways. My hips actually got smaller after I had my son. It was so crazy. I got back into the same shape I was in before having him and my hip measurement was an inch smaller. It was weird.

^ same with my boobs they were actually smaller AFTER i had my son, which was a huge bummer especially since i had a nice plump C cup going on and lost them. yeah im 5'5, which is slightly taller but i've put on 25 pounds and im thinking it was a bit too much, even tho a lot of it is muscle. thankfully i think its subcutaneous fat instead of visceral..i read that fat in the butt and lower abdomen is subcutaneous and fat in the upper stomach like a beer belly is visceral..which is the worst for your body.

My boobs went back to the same size, technically, after pregnancy but they looked deflated. LOL Yeah, I've also heard that gaining fat in your stomach is the unhealthiest place to gain it. I so wish it wasn't where it shows up on me first.

I gain weight pretty evenly. My body type is somewhat hourglass/athletic combo. I gain fast, I lose fast and I build muscle very fast as well. I have broad shoulders and have always wished I was smaller on top..

Pregnancy made my hips a little wider I think. Not sure, unfortunately I haven't lost all the baby weight yet.

I definitely don't have the hourglass. Even at my skinniest (118 lbs, 5' 8"), I didn't have a great waist-to-hip ratio. Looked extremely thin from the side, but not so much from the front due to my broad frame. I usually sit at 128-135 lbs now, and I'm pretty happy with how I look. If I gain, I definitely see it in my face and gut (ugh).

Both my mom and my brother are obese, so it's an uphill battle. But worth it!

<---------- That great ass is genetic. I am not as muscular anymore as I was in my Avatar but my waist is actually smaller now. I'm definitely an hourglass shape, I've gained a little weight and quite a few people have told me recently I look like Coco (Austin). Now that I'm going back to dancing I am trimming down and working out to get more toned and a little thinner, though for me this super-womanly pin-up or Jessica Rabbit shape is ideal. Maybe its the Miami market or maybe its personal preference but I love having a big butt, thighs and hips and a tiny waist.
