I have not streamed in a few months, due to working another job. I have been checking my e-mails and still responding to them though. Yesterday I tried to log into my account and I can't. Says my password is wrong and when I tried the forgot password link where you type in e mail associated with account and first name, I am not being recognized. Can't locate myself anywhere on the site anymore either. I emailed support yesterday about noon and also Ms. Vanessa. Is there anything anyone else would suggest? I am ready to start back streaming soon and want to get this all sorted out.
