Welp, I did a search for it and the only threads that came up are pretty old. Do any of you ladies incorporate hooping into your workout? I absolutely love it, I have a 2.5lb hoop and a polypro hoop and it's so much fun. I don't know if it makes a major difference but it is definitly a workout (or maybe I'm just super out of shape). I just love it because it doesnt feel like I'm exercising, it's fun and I can just do it in the living room while watching tv and even hoop on cam it actually brings in quite a few dudes when it's dead.
