Probably not a good idea to post the details....
Any input would be greatly appreciated. I tried contacting twitter, and google.

Hmmm. This is exactly why I always watermark my photos - if someone steals them and posts them somewhere, at least it's free advertising.
If it's been retweeted over 2000 times (and just curious - how do you know it's over 2000 times? That's a lot even for a nude photo, unless you're very popular) then there are prob a lot of people who have the photo, who will keep sharing it. To what lengths are you willing to go to try to stop it? I mean, do you really want to get the police involved? That's if the police could even do anything (and I doubt they could do much or take it seriously); I'd imagine you'd need to go through a considerable amount of legal drama to actually put an "end" to this in that manner (and even then, the photos can still be easily shared). As they say...once on the internet, always on the internet...
If I were in a vanilla profession and esp if the pics were never intended to be online...yeah, okay then I might go through the legal trouble if it was for the sake of my career and it really blew up that much. But I meeaaan...you're a cam girl right? Don't get me wrong, it's always really, really frustrating when people steal our shit, and it's wrong, but if you've been camming for a while who knows what could be out there. There's no way to take it all back.
You could try reporting tweets I guess, but that seems like a a lot of trouble to go through for not a whole lot of benefit. You can send out DMCA notices if they're published on a website.
If there was like, one or two people who initially made it really popular and most of the retweets can be traced back to their tweets, you could report those initial tweets and that may help to knock it down some, but some people could still have the photos saved.
What I would *personally* do is try to redirect that traffic back to me. Post my stage name allll over that shit, if it's really that popular then it might work. Link back to your twitter, your cam site, or whatever you use. Spam those photos so at least you can make some use of it. Post the photo yourself bc if it was retweeted that much the first time dayum it must be a good photo lol, so use it to your advantage. If one or two people made it really popular you could have them tweet your info with the pic too. Work it! (But yeah that's just me lol).
In the future: watermark
Hey girl! Thanks for responding. No I'm not camming anymore, I'm working on building my vanilla profession. So this is a really big deal. Three of my friends told me about it, so I can only imagine how many people have it now. Its not even traced to where I live. At this point, I know people that could have it taken down and also get the 'posters' in really big trouble. It's just my past being dug up and I don't know how to handle it.It doesn't really bother me as a person, im just worried about my job, and my family.
My advice for those just getting started, I know you may need money, but make sure you make the right decision. It can affect your future. I got into it because I needed to make some fast cash. I did it for 2 years off and on, I made good money and enjoyed it most of the time. Now, its biting me in the ass. lol.
PS- I'm not knocking any girls in this profession. To each his own.
I see. Well, if the retweets can be linked back to a group of small people, you can still try reporting those initial tweets to help knock it down some.
Regarding your employer, if they did actually happen to find the photo (and someone would prob need to out you, since it's unlikely just your boss would find it), you could deny that it's you, or if it's really obvious somehow that it's you, say it was a picture taken for a boyfriend or whatever. Plenty of vanilla people take nude photos of themselves at some point.
For family and friends you don't want to know about camming, say it was for a boyfriend, or that you were interested in doing artistic, "tasteful" nude modeling with your photography friend. If the picture is you spreading all your bits with a dildo and all, you could say you took those pictures with your boyfriend lol, if you want to try to deny it.
Of course, anything you did with camming could be dug up at any time. So even if you get a handle on this one photo, a coworker or a friend could always find a video of you somewhere. Or it could come up in a background check.
I totally agree that for most girls, this type of job is NOT a good idea. I won't even bother to try to go into certain professions...and it's a long list. Too big of a risk and I don't want to invite the drama and judgement into my life. But, kudos to you ladies who are pursuing your dream job and being smart about it.
Personally I love my little bubble of weirdness that being self employed/camming affords me <3
Sorry I don't have a whole lot of advice, this is something that everyone who publishes content online goes through to some degree. People love to pass around pics and videos of just about everything. Even big companies (tv shows, movies, video games, software, etc) can't seem to stop them.
It sounds like you have some ideas up your sleeve though. Good luck and be careful! Don't let anyone bring you down; even though this is part of your past, it's nothing to feel guilty about. We adapt to life circumstances as we see fit. Don't let anyone else shame you, not even your family.
At the very least this can be a word of warning to girls who are thinking about going into camming, but are unsure because of future jobs, etc.
You're so right! I was beating myself up, but i have no reason to feel guilty. I already started denying lol. Thank God they were very tasteful.
Thanks so much for your words.I feel better already.

report it as child porn that usually does the trick for me.
