Default Workout at home - or join a gym - cam girl lfestyle

Now Camming and working from home full-time does make the daily routine a little out of the norm. I've been thinking if I should join a gym or buy some workout dvds and some weights. I am wondering for those who do cam and workout which one did you choose and also how do you fit it in your schedule.

Both. I only go to the GYM on the weekends mostly since it's not as crowded during the weekdays. Gym days focus on using treadmill, abs crunch machine and lat pull machine. Also, I do stretching/warm-ups first before using the machines. The warm ups from fitness channel found on youtube the routines are mostly 10 mins long (that's what like about it) hate fitness videos that go longer. The days don't go to GYM watch different videos. Focus working out 4 days out week.

10 Min Booty Blaster Work (one of my favorite routines)

6 mins Killer Lower Abs Workouts

These links from the Insane Home Fat Loss channel on youtube.

The times working out varies on my RL schedule mostly lately able to do afternoon-evening time.

I am thinking about joining one again in the near future not so much to work out but to hang out.. beachbody programs works way better than going to the gym i have found out.

Gym! I work at home, got to get out of the house for something, right? Plus, I use barbells and need squat stands and benches, and love the variety of cardio from which to choose. The eye candy doesn't hurt either, with no dicks out.

Once I had decided that I was going to continue dancing and camming for an extended period of time, one of the first things I did was to set myself up with a total-gym, treadmill, stairclimber, free weights, tanning bed etc. at home. Besides the outright cost of gym membership, adding in the extra expenses of driving to and from the gym, etc. made the actual total cost pretty significant. And on top of the cost, there was the additional time 'wasted' getting cleaned up / made up to go out, more time wasted driving back and forth, yet more time wasted waiting to get on the gym equipment I wanted to use etc.

And last but not least, it was impossible to avoid unwanted social interaction from other gym members ... both the 'hormone'-y guys and the catty girls. If I wanted to relieve some stress and get out of the house, a shopping trip or a casino visit was far more stress relieving than dealing with gym 'rats'.

Setting up my own home gym 'facilities' that I could use at any time was the best investment I ever made !!! It also led to far better workout results, since I could 'afford' to do rotating 'short' daily workouts and frequent short tanning sessions without sapping my energy to work later in the day. This was a big positive change from effectively devoting several hours and most of my energy to try and get in a serious gym workout 3 days a week.

And, as a 'sweetener', the IRS actually wound up 'paying' for a fair amount of the cost !

I have a full gym in my Building. I don't really like it, because too many people leave sweat, etc, on the equipment, and I'm an extreme germaphobe. I walk a lot, also, mostly just to get out and clear my head, and get fresh air, no matter what the weather is like.
If You want to do home routines, You can combine Your workout with a paid voyeur show. Make money for You at the same time as getting Your workout in. I use free weights and dance routines for my cam shows. Guys really dig it.

Hell, I was even so bored in free chat last week, and housework was piling up, so I did a 'watch me clean my floor to ceiling mirrors voyeur' show.(nude from the waist down) It was crazy how many guys joined! (And said they loved it!)

I don't believe in going to the gym or working out. I prefer the old fashioned way and that's going to a plastic surgeon and have everything sucked out!

I've been moving around a lot lately, so joining a gym won't make a lot of sense until I'm settled. I've been using Dailyburn for yoga and really enjoy it.

What camming isn't a workout in itself?

I too have been thinking of this. If I were you, I'd join a gym and switch it up occasionally and work out at home. I've been a homebody lately and my complex has a gym but it's really tiny. Also, I have new neighbors below me so I can't get as cray with Jillian Michaels as I'd like to. Other times I don't feel like going anywhere and will do a home workout in front of my laptop.

I'm not sure if they have them in Canada but you could join a 24/7 gym on days you just feel like getting your work out out of the house at anytime. When I get in my exercise moods I feel extremely closed in at home (maybe because of raised temperature?) and I need some serious space/air. I say go the gym route as you'll have more choices. Personally when I do workout my ADD kicks into mad drive so I have to switch things up or I'll go insane. When I work out I do 30 min of cardio 4-5 days a week, and strength training 3 times a week while occasionally focusing on legs, arms, and glutes (lunges). My main focus is cardio and then I plan on lifting heavy for a leaner figure.

I was thinking of just investing in beachbody workouts, I know when I tried doing my turbojam, my cats were jumping all over the place. I move around the furniture in my tiny room I think there is enough space to work out in it so that means the cats get run around the living room while I workout in the bedroom. I thought about getting a some equipment, a bench, chip up bar, and weights just enough to tuck away in the corner.

I am hoping next pay from SM I can get the focus T25. I looked at the gyms in my area they are just ridiculous $70 to $100 a month. I can barely handle leaving the house to try and socialize.

Yea I did Focus T25 before this new one 21 day fix ..I like it a lot because each workout is 4 rounds with each round consisting of only 2 exercises that are done alternately 2 x's each, so the time goes by really fast. I just finished the first week, 2 more weeks to go.

I workout 5 days a week and take 2 days off. I pretty much only go out for errands. I chose to sign up to the gym verses working out at home mainly because I needed to get out of the house.

I still haven't gotten the perfect schedule yet. For now I wake up in the morning, eat breakfast, cam for 2-3 hours and try to make 1/3-1/2 of my goal, go to the gym for a couple of hours, eat lunch, get back on cam and make the rest of my goal and then eat dinner. I want to wake up earlier so that I can just do my entire shift in the morning, go to the gym, and be able to chill out for the rest of the day. I could set my Alarm Clock but since I've become accustom to working whenever I want I've come to despise Alarm Clocks.

My goal is to do both.... gym and work out at home. I end up eating dinner around 6:30pm-9pm so I would like to workout before bed so that I can burn off the those calories. I have Jillian Michaels; 30 Day Shred, Killer Buns & Thighs, Ripped In 30 Days, and 30 Day Shred Kit. I tried doing Level 1 of 30 days Shred 3 days in a row after camming, working out, and then camming again. After the 3rd day I was like forget this shit and stopped. Also when it gets warm I plan on going running at a local park (going to buy some pepper spray). I dunna where the heck I'm going to fit that in. I really need to develop a schedule if I want to fit all of this stuff in.

So for right now my schedule is this:
wake up in the morning, eat breakfast, cam for 2-3 hours and try to make 1/3-1/2 of my goal, go to the gym for a couple of hours, eat lunch, get back on cam and make the rest of my goal and then eat dinner.

But I would like for my schedule to be this:
wake up in the morning, go running when it gets warm, eat breakfast, cam for 4 hours and make my goal, eat lunch, go to the gym for a couple of hours, eat dinner, get back on cam if I want to and then do 1 Level of a Jillian Michaels Dvd.

I used to go to the gym but I find it easier to workout at home because sometimes I workout at 2am. I subscribe to dailyburn.com. They have a lot of great workout programs with calendars. they even have a program called Inferno that reminds me a bit of Insanity. I also do the Beach Body workouts as well. When the weather is nice I get outside for my workouts as well. I also have weights and treadmill.

I went to a gym 3 days a week, did a hard 2 hour workout each time, when I lived in a city where there was easy access to a gym. Now the nearest gym is a 30 minute drive away. I bought an elliptical for bad weather days, I go running whenever weather permits, I do strength training with a kettlebell and 10 lb weights, situps, squats, etc. I learned some yoga (I find my muscles, mostly legs from wearing heels, get so sore from camming, esp when I'm working out a lot. My girlie bits never do). I try to workout every day since I'm trying to lose weight. I have to workout from home and for me it's a good option. When I lived in the city I enjoyed getting out but I found just taking the bus to the gym and using their facilities too time consuming. The entire process was about 3 hours, if I used the sauna and/or hot tub after a shower which I could rarely resist.

That's intense! Are you trying to lose weight or change your body drastically? Or just eat what you like and make up for it with hardcore workouts?

I'm trying to lose 10lbs and get my body toned (I'm not toned at all). I try to eat healthy but sometimes I do eat whatever I like. I only plan on doing that intense workout until my I loose 10lbs and get completely toned then I'm going dial it down.

Hardcore. I couldn't feasibly work out more than an hour, hour and a half a day and still cam or do anything physical. Just getting back into running now that the weather is decent, and damn it's even hard to run two days in a row, and I'd been doing daily workouts. Running is the best for weight loss I found. You seem to be rushing to your goal - good for you. I have 3" to lose everywhere. I'm guessing it's about 25 lbs. Trying to stay away from the scale as a pound or two up ruins my day, just going by measurements.

Camming isn't all that strenuous for me. I pretty much only do domination and tease shows.

I've been working out for like 2 months and have only seen slight results. I'm not even sore after workouts or the morning after anymore. I figured if I added more things and more of a variety that I'd see more/faster results. I forgot how sore I use to be after running though which was why I was doing it every other day. You are right I did see more result with running then I see now with going to the gym. Ok so hmmmm I think I'll run every other day, cut down on the gym time, and maybe not do the Dvd or only do it a few times a week. Because if I'm running in the morning then I probably won't need to do the dvd before bed.

I'm not sure how long or fast you run for. I did cardio before starting running, but I always detested running so it was hard at first. Had to build up. I try to do 30-60 minutes with some walking breaks up hills or to stretch/catch my breath (for as short a time as possible), 2-4 miles I guess? I don't get as sore when I alternate days, when the snow melts I'm going to mix it up with hiking and my elliptical. Might be a good idea not to over do it and focus on what gets results! If you've already been doing that you must be in decent shape

I'm not currently running now was last spring and summer. I wanted to continue through fall and winter but it was way too cold so I joined the gym. Now that its spring its time to start up again. I'm slow lol so it took me about an hour maybe more to do 2 miles with walking breaks in between. I enjoy hiking as well, was alternating between running and bike riding last year. Agreed I don't want to over do it, then I won't be able to workout at all. Thank you I'm almost to decent shape, I still be huffing and puffing going up the stairs lol. Thanks for the advice.
