Worrying about hourly pay (especially at the beginning) will drive you nuts. Seriously. Fast track to crazy-town right there.
Go with a daily goal (e.g. $150) or a time goal (e.g. 3 hours.) If you go with a money goal, keep going until you make it, or until you're totally exhausted. If you go with a time goal, ignore the money. Do it for a week or so then do the math and re-evaluate. There's no reason to worry about your hourly before you even know what's normal for you.

Plus webcamming is strictly a commission income thing. it's almost easier to figure out your fixed expenses, then break that down into a daily amount so you have an idea of what you have to make everyday. Which just repeats a daily goal.
I work based on time goal. I know the money will follow once I stick to a certain schedule.

I sweeear this is tye 3rd or 4th time I've seen this question asked this week. The only way to find out is to get on cam. You might make chump change or you might bank.
It's almost impossible to break camming into an hourly pay. You can sit there as long as you need to make as much money as you want, but saying "I'm worth this much an hour" is exactly what will ruin camming for you.
Know what you want to make, and make sure you make it or be okay with not making it. That's the awese flexibility of camming. In two hours I could have $90 (@$45/hr) but sometimes I make that in 8 hours on slow days.
It's good to look at your hourly earnings eventually in order to evaluate whether camming is really working for you, but it really will drive even an experienced camgirl nuts. Even when you've got regulars and a schedule, some days will just be better than others. There are days I've pulled $120/hour - sometimes entire weeks where I'm at $100+/hour, though I haven't had many of them lately - and I still have the occasional $15-20/hour day. I just try to get a couple hours in every day and hope for the best. If I were fixated on my hourly, those slow days would kill me.
Over time, your earnings should increase - but you're still likely to have days after a year of camming where you make less than you did some days when you were new.
I totally understand wanting to know what you make an hour, to sort of decide if camming is what you want to
But this is why it's a problem, I was on for 3 hours last night night, after 2.5ish hours I had made 3 dollars. But that last half hour I made 62. Averaging it seems silly because I had more quiet hours than good ones. So :/

I've made $3 first hour then $75 the 2nd hour before, if I had an hourly goal of say $10 or $25 or whatever, then I woulda logged out first hour sad with $3 and never mad $75 second hour. Better to go with a daily goal, example: I want to make atleast $50, $100, or $200 today, in 4-8 hours.
Last night since I havent cammed in like 2 weeks regularly I didn't have a goal, I was sad after being online an hour and only making $17...then I thought, hey $17 is pretty good for only being on an hour and not being online in 2 weeks so I'll sit here for a few more mins, go take a coffee break but not log out. 4 hours later I was sitting at $207.
Starting out I think you should calculate how much you need to make first, like how much your bills are, or how much extra spending money it is your trying to make, then divide it by how many days your going to work, and thats your goal for each day. Try to make that goal.
