    Default auditioning in long-hair wig

Wondering if I should curl it a little or just leave it straight.
It looks good as just straight, but then it kind of looks like I didn't "do anything" to it, and I wonder if I should curl it just so that it looks more "done"...?

Also, do you girls ever wear your hair halfway up? Do you use clips? What kind?

I'm trying to balance and find that fine line between "expensive" and "trampy"...

I do not wear wigs (have been thinking abt it tho) but I do sm times coil or twist my hair up & secure w/ the following:

I also have several variations of this style clip that I wear both ITC & everyday:

Quick, easy, & stay pretty secure w/ the aid of a good hairspray. I try to keep a more polished look overall at work & these styles go well w/ that, unless I am just in a Fk It mood & then it's a simple pony or my hair down & brushed like twice the whole shift.

I wear curly wigs when I'm trying for more of the "Barbie" look. I always wear a wig cap and get wigs with combs. You can always DIY it and sew some in yourself but I'm too damn lazy.

this is the exact wig, except instead of blondish coloring its a dark red (probably looks black or close to black in club lighting)

I'd say curl it a bit. I don't know how it is at the club you're auditioning, but I've had management get upset with me over having straight hair.

Yeah, that looks kind of soccer mom the way it is. It will be much more strippery if you curl it.

i think its too short to curl and looks perfect as is. im not a fan of the color but thats the style i frequently wear my hair and ive never had problems with management at top tier clubs and i always do well.
