I've always wanted to try these out:

Apparently you can make your own using tea bags, coffee grinds, etc.

Oh hai, this isn't a spray tan but it does darken the skin... Cacao oil! It's amazing, it smoothes and gets rid of imperfections, too.

How does that work? I see it comes in half-ounce bottles, do you just smear it on the skin, buy the butter form etc? I'm interested in the details. Also, what about staining clothes?

I would buy the oil form and mix it with a less expensive oil like coconut. Then just apply it directly to the skin, making sure to rub it in completely. When it dries there is little chance of staining clothes although it may rub off on to the clothes a bit. Also, before you apply it you must exfoliate your skin to get even coverage! Ummm and I also found a recipe for self-tanner that is just oil of any kind (coconut, olive, hemp, etc) and cocoa powder, but have never tried it. It's just 1/2 Cup of oil and 1/3 Cup of cocoa powder.

It's not a spray tan but sun labs makes amazing at home self tanners that look even better than any real tan I've ever had. Plus they are very long lasting. Well worth the money, I highly recommend them

Most of the spray tans I've ever gotten have been organic, I don't think I've ever gone anywhere that advertised as not being organic. One of the nice things about the organic solutions is that they wash out of your clothes/sheets/pillows cases really easily and don't stain.
